RTDs, QuadCell, BeamGage Recroding
Re-positioned Static Centroid Cursors on BeamGage Software based on new "Cold Start" Galv startup with these pitch/roll coordinates:

Initial Galv Beam Centroids:
X1604 um

14:12 ish - Heater turned on @9.00V
14:30 - both RTDs still rising. CH1 at 23.8 C. CH2 at 24.5 C. Ambient is 20.25 C. Galv Beam walking in both axis (300-400 urad). The static mirror pointing unchanged.

14:50 - Both RTDs still rising (now much slower). CH1 at 24.5 C. CH2 at 25.12 C. Galv Beam still walking. 500 urad in X. 450 urad in Y. Far far far outer rings of energy are beginning to go off screen and impacting the centroid calculation very slightly (maybe 5-10 um).

15:10 - Turning off heater strip now. Ending Temps are CH1 at 24.70 C, CH2 at 25.38 C, Ambient at 20.46 C.
New Galv Beam Centroids:
X1030 um (delta from Cold start = 574 urad)
Y2985 um (delta from Cold start = 476 urad)

15:30 - CH1 at 22.13 C. CH2 at 21.82 C. Ambient 20.43 C. Galvs still walking further away (but much much slower)
16:20 - CH1 at 21.46 C. CH2 at 21.08 C. Ambient 20.33 C. Galvs HOLDING position
