Oneroi GoI description

Information about the Oneroi Collective has come to the Foundation only through interviews with the persons who have come across it, and the anomalous objects they leave behind. It is unknown whether any individuals are 'members' of the collective, or if it exists as one whole outside our perception of reality. Researchers have theorized that it is a self-aware dream that work to deliver impermanent dreams to the more permanent reality.

This is just the official word, though. Rumor says that many Foundation employees have claimed that they were visited in their dreams by shapes and lights, pleading with them to use their influence or responsibilities to assist the Collective. All of these personnel had their minds wiped after being interviewed. Or so the story goes.

Intelligence has shown that they have been documented by other Groups of Interest, but usually to a degree similar to the Foundation's interaction. The Oneroi Collective has been able to contact isolated individuals like Nobody. The only GoI with a notably negative connection to the Collective is the Factory, but the reason for this is unknown.
