  1. Harbinger raises his lantern high, and a black mist begins to billow out from it. "I swore an oath to the man from another world, show the world the power he has mastered. So now I tell a tale of a woman who all of our race revere. In our darkest hours, as the plague warped our shapes and minds, one Scholar stood above the rest - not attempting to combat the plague...but embrace it, control it." At this point, he's covered in a black, miasmic cloud. "She taught us ways to rationalize with this beast, means to keep live by, direction for our cause...and when the great serpent that had cursed us came to complete what he had begun, she led the charge against him."
  2.
  3. "She perished that day, but her memory lives on, through our tales, history, law, and religion. She is both our Queen, and a Goddess..." The smoke begins to coalesce, forming a figure similar to this, http://fc08.deviantart.net/fs71/i/2010/266/0/2/tonberry_by_sylargrey11-d2zbfxn.jpg , only without an actual Tonberry, it's a wispy, green phantasm floating just off the ground, the robe, lantern and weapon seem much more corporal than the body does. "Here, is evidence of the might of Grant - an Avatar of our Primal Goddess, called forth to another realm!"
  4.
  5. The Tonberry Queen Avatar isn't any more powerful than a plain old Legendary Pokemon, stats and no fluff, but the idea was how the hell did he even -do- that.
  6.
  7. Harbinger had a lot of Moves that he could strike with from any angle, given the darkness around you. Tonberry Queen's attacks would -create- ambient darkness, and as things drew to a conclusion, he would have chanted, "Let us light a lantern for every defeat, hardship, and soul lost amongst our Brothers and Sisters in this grand crusade! The scales of karma have been tipped, and it is -you- who are guilty!" The light of his lantern goes out for a split second, as all the shadows around you strike out at once. "Everyone's Grudge!"
  8.
  9. Given the opportunity, he would have tried to imprint Rosetta, the same way he did Yanala and Corbin. The Nameless would have interjected here on her behalf, and given her a boost to take him down before he could call upon Everyone's Grudge again.
