Chiyo (Support Specalist)

Passive:
~Melee attaches chakra threads to a single ally and a single enemy. Single Target AOE replenishing 10 Health, 10 Chakra, and 10 Stamina to the ally whilst  draining and leeching 25 chakra from the enemy every 10 seconds. This Passive Cost Chiyo 50 Chakra each Proc effect and rewards her 10 fury.
~Click A to toggle her chakra threads, held A to unleash a global revival on a ally connected to Chakra Threads, resurrecting the ally, removing all status effects and costing 100% Fury.
~Click D to Summon the Chikamatsu Puppets: Treasures Vacuum: If uninterrupted for 1 second, unleashes a 12 tile AOE vacuum for 10 seconds costing 50% Fury.
1. Summoning Jutsu: FatherMother Puppets: if uninterrupted for 1 second summons the father puppet, wielding the father puppet exchanges Lady Chiyo C Stun for Father Strike, 1 second dash dealing 10 physical damage. This Jutsu also increases her melee and speed by 5. Wielding these puppets changes Lady Chiyo view to the puppets perspective. If Lady Chiyo takes any damage the FatherMother puppets returns to her side immediately. Can be cancelled early clicking V.
If FatherMother puppets is destroyed, Chiyo must performs repairs on the puppets by Holding 1 for 5 seconds.
2. Lion Head Kannon: a projectile dealing 10 physical damage, stunning and completely sealing targets chakra for amount of seconds based on Chiyo fury, does not consume fury.
0-30% 10 seconds/31-60% 20 seconds/61-90% 30 seconds/91-100% 40 seconds.
3. Puppet Jutsu: Father Mother Protection: Upon activation, the next time Lady Chiyo takes physical damage it is nullified and the Target is attacked by Father and Mother puppet combo dealing 20 damage. Can only be used if FatherMother puppets is out. If FatherMother Puppets is not out this jutsu instead, Heals Chiyo for 10 health for 20 Chakra, and applies the Heal to Chiyo Passive ally Target.
4. Puppet arm Shield: A toggleable chakra manifested shield , nullifies physical damage.
5. Puppet Human Body Technique: if uninterrupted for 2 seconds unleashes a 3 tile detection AOE connecting chakra threads to the nearest ally or victim alive or dead completely controlling the target body until either Lady Chiyo takes physical damage or The target takes up to 50% physical damage. Can be cancelled early clicking V.
