First of all, let me congratulate you for getting to level 99 in every skill. It is a great achievement and something you should be proud of.

Now that you have maxed you have access to some new forums. Simply log in and you can see four High Level Forums where you can hang out with the other maxed players.

When you make it there, check out the introduction thread in the General Runescape forum where you can say high to everyone. You may also want to check out the Maxed clan which you are now eligible to join.

It is also worthwhile me letting you know that the rules for the High Level Forum are considerably different to the rest of the forum and you have much more freedom to communicate amongst each other. Just make sure you have a quick look at the forum specific rules so that we can continue with the pleasant community.
