To The Staff at Atlantiss                         (Backstory)
Hello! I’m writing this letter to ask any admin a favour, My account has been hacked, And my character was deleted, I had a strong password and only I and a very close friend of mine that I knew in real life knew my password, No one else did, What happened, Is that one night, I decided to log in and farm some mats I needed, When I saw that all the living embers I had, Were gone… Since my friend was the only one who knew the password I started asking him on Skype where my living embers were, And he said he did not know since he did not log into my account, Ever since he bought me the transfer (The char was originally Alliance and my friend paid money to get a faction change) We called and tried to get into the account, First of all, It gave us the wrong username/pass error, So we kept trying until the screen got stuck at “Connected” Then we got disconnected, It was not the server, it was someone else who logged into the account, We tried again, And then we got into the char selection screen, Originally, There was only 1 char, Which was my main, A undead hunter called Jetblade, But now there were 3, a level 1 char, Called “Fuckyouxd” and a level 55 death knight called “Jetbladeidiot” or something like that, The hunter, Jetblade was completely naked, when we clicked on his name, He had no gear on, We tried to log in but as soon as the loading screen finished I got disconnected, Then we kept trying to log in, And DC after DC after DC, We got in where all the chars were deleted, I then remembered I also have another account, With the same password, a level 85 warrior, When I was trying to log in, My friend was talking to the GM, When I did log in, The warrior was deleted, My friend did also tell me that the warrior was logging in for like 5 minutes then logging off, The GM that was talking to my friend told her to tell me, That I should write a email to Atlantiss support, Asking for a restore, The GM told me that admins have restored chars before but also that admins don’t deal with hacked accounts, I know that, But I did have a strong password, And my friend did pay for a faction change for the account, I’m begging you guys, I put so much time and effort into this char, I don’t want to see it go to waste! I can provide proof that the account was mine, I’m going to give old passwords and stuff below, I’m begging you from the bottom of my heart, Please help me out! Thank you so much for reading this 
