- Women BMI > 30 = 100 g Carbohydrate / Meal
- Men BMI < 30 = 100 g Carbohydrate / Meal
- Men BMI > 30 = 125 g Carbohydrate / Meal
- Breakfast:
- No Animal Protein (no Sausage, Cheese, etc.)
- Marmalade, Honey, Nutella, etc. (everything from Vegetable Protein is fine)!!!!
