- Description: Jackson, who was on probation, was trying to steal a dirt bike out of Domenic’s garage, when Domenic confronted him. There was a struggle, before Jackson pulled out a handgun and shot Domenic 5 times, hitting him in his head, kidney, liver, hand, and shoulder.
