- [23:42] Windsor whispers: Oatley wants to create a temple venerating the Serpent over where Eidolon once stood. How much of a chance do you think it'd have standing there?
- [23:42] Zoldak Lelhua says, "Well, at least she did it officially."
- [23:42] Iosefka Coza exclaims, "-- We'll work on her legal declarations but- Good start, Amo!"
- [23:42] Iosefka Coza whispers: Uh.
- [23:42] Iosefka Coza whispers: Well, Windsor.
- [23:42] Tezoxochel Coza whispers: ... But. Giant fucking crater?
- [23:43] Iosefka Coza whispers: Fuck it, right?
- [23:43] Ohtli whispers: It...looks alright?
- [23:43] Iosefka Coza whispers: You'd be right next to Gaiar.
- [23:43] Cofi Slade says, "Sounded pretty good to me, yes yes."
- [23:43] Windsor whispers: Yeah, about that. It doesn't look like it's even there. It's a weird thing, that whole situation.
- [23:43] Windsor whispers: The crater, I mean.
- [23:43] Tezoxochel Coza whispers: it only looks alright because we can't map the entire area as compl, etely annahialated......
- [23:43] Iosefka Coza whispers: Well.
- [23:43] Windsor whispers: Yeah. Do you think anybody'd realistically address that, knowing that were not the case?
- [23:43] Iosefka Coza whispers: Windsor. Ohtli.
- [23:44] Iosefka Coza whispers: Think of it like this.
- [23:44] Iosefka Coza whispers: After a brutal war over Eidolon, where Gehenna attacked, destroyed, and possibly killed a few Gaiar citizens.
- [23:44] Iosefka Coza whispers: What makes you think they'll be OK with a temple with Gehennan origins being built on their border?
- [23:44] Windsor whispers: Alright, that's a... pretty fair argument.
- [23:44] Ohtli whispers: A fair point, but I think Winter's going to try and take the space.
- [23:44] Iosefka Coza whispers: You mean the-
- [23:44] Ohtli whispers: Atl and Cruxati are corrupted enough.
- [23:44] Iosefka Coza whispers: The what?
- [23:44] Iosefka Coza whispers: Winter?
- [23:44] Iosefka Coza whispers: The season?
- [23:45] Ohtli whispers: It's a Dryad thing. Sibri's ilk.
- [23:45] Iosefka Coza whispers: OK.
- [23:45] Iosefka Coza whispers: And why do you think it'd be a good idea to get in between that?
- [23:46] Iosefka Coza whispers: Theoretically, who would be there to defend you?
- [23:46] Reunan just looked at the display of an absolute bully who was attacking him for buying food to work with.
- His connection to earth kept him anchored throughout her gusts of wind, even when he clung to the pillar. The kid was a fucking tiny child and she still treated him like he was the fucking evilest person in the world for saving food.
- He releases his pillar finally and stares over Amoxtli. The bitch wanted to throw her weight around at a fat kid? Fine. He walked over to his stall and took the pie out of their cases one by one and sat them on a table then went straight into the jail without even so much as looking at her.
- (Reunan Volos)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:46] Iosefka Coza whispers: Who could you rely on?
- [23:46] Ohtli whispers: Because someone should stand up to their corruption.
- [23:46] Iosefka Coza whispers: Alone?
- [23:46] Ohtli purses her lips and reluctantly answers.
- (Ohtli)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:46] Windsor whispers: ...Just us Frontier folk, I guess.
- [23:46] Ohtli whispers: ...Pretty much.
- [23:46] Zoldak Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:46] Iosefka Coza whispers: Tell you what.
- [23:47] Taetl'tel says, "Anyway..."
- [23:47] Iosefka Coza whispers: We'll call this.
- [23:47] Zoldak Lelhua asks, "Well. Who's got the cell key?"
- [23:47] Amoxtli Lelhua asks, "...think we'll need anti-magic?"
- [23:47] Taetl'tel asks, "Did you find anything- Zoldak?"
- [23:47] Iosefka Coza whispers: A Crafthold land reclamation project.
- [23:47] Amoxtli Lelhua says, "'Nd my legal declairations 're FINE."
- [23:47] Zoldak Lelhua says, "OH. Right."
- [23:48] Ohtli whispers: ...Would Eiphraem be alright with that?
- [23:48] Iosefka Coza says, "-- Mm? One second, Amo-- You did good."
- [23:48] Zoldak Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:48] Iosefka Coza says, "Less oompha next time."
- [23:48] Amoxtli notes that, yes, there's still a pretty violent wind around her. Careful, Zoldak.
- (Amoxtli Lelhua)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:48] Windsor whispers: I figure he'd want the land to be used for something, but...
- [23:48] Cofi Slade says, "OH- Zoldak. One second. Down at FORT PORT."
- [23:48] Amoxtli Lelhua asks, "..ta' fuck's oompha?"
- [23:48] Amoxtli Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:48] Iosefka Coza says, "I'll tell you later, gotta whisper with these fellow young adults."
- [23:49] Cofi shakes free of the snake, muttering, "...Excuse me one sec."
- (Cofi Slade)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:49] Iosefka Coza whispers: Frontier is a Crafthold-based organization.
- [23:49] Zoldak Lelhua says, "Anyways. Tattle. Feel free to ask Amoxtli if she'd trade armor with you."
- [23:49] Iosefka Coza whispers: It would be a peaceful enough front.
- [23:49] Ohtli whispers: If you want us to talk to him to make sure, I'm not against it.
- [23:49] Taetl'tel says, "Oh-"
- [23:49] Amoxtli Lelhua asks, "..eh?"
- [23:49] Amoxtli Lelhua says, "Zoldak."
- [23:49] Zoldak Lelhua says, "Huddle up."
- [23:49] Iosefka Coza whispers: Grab some acorns, regrow the trees, maybe start some farms...
- [23:49] Amoxtli Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:49] Taetl'tel whispers something.
- [23:49] Ohtli whispers: I'm...taking myself out of Gehenna's fighting. I doubt that makes up for what I may or may not've done.
- [23:49] Taetl'tel whispers something.
- [23:49] ".....Weird..." He mutters, He goes to take a nap again seeing how he missed the woman he wished to buy a gun from.
- Cursed his sleepy nature.
- (William Helsing)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:49] Zoldak Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:49] Zoldak Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:49] Windsor whispers: Avoiding 'foreign entanglements' or whatever it'd be called, is it?
- [23:49] Amoxtli Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:49] Iosefka Coza whispers: A solid plan.
- [23:49] Taetl'tel whispers something.
- [23:49] Ohtli whispers: Something like that.
- [23:49] Zoldak Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:49] Amoxtli Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:49] Zoldak Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:49] Zoldak Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:49] Ohtli whispers: But I think this is worthwile. Keeping it away from the corrupt people in Gehenna, making it good for other people to live on.
- [23:50] Iosefka Coza whispers: It is.
- [23:50] Iosefka Coza whispers: Tend to the land.
- [23:50] Ohtli whispers: I'm not always sure what's right, but I know -that- is.
- [23:50] Iosefka Coza whispers: And what you give it, it will give back to you.
- [23:50] Zoldak Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:50] Zoldak Lelhua asks, "Niece, what's with the snake?"
- [23:50] Cofi Slade says, "I think it likes me."
- [23:50] Windsor whispers: The idea'd be like Crafthold, huh. A place so nice that nobody'd actually want to wreck it?
- [23:50] Amoxtli Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:50] Amoxtli Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:50] Cofi Slade says, "But I do need you down at FORT PORT for like ten seconds, yes yes."
- [23:51] Zoldak Lelhua says, "We have a prisoner to deal with."
- [23:51] Zoldak Lelhua says, "But then yeah alright."
- [23:51] Iosefka Coza whispers: For the most part.
- [23:51] Taetl'tel whispers something.
- [23:51] Zoldak Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:51] Taetl'tel whispers something.
- [23:51] Ohtli whispers: And we'd have the Crafthold's support?
- [23:51] Taetl'tel whispers something.
- [23:51] Iosefka Coza whispers: You'd have some funding, yes.
- [23:51] Amoxtli Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:51] Taetl'tel whispers something.
- [23:51] Orochi hisses
- (Orochi)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:51] Zoldak Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:51] Amoxtli Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:51] Taetl'tel whispers something.
- [23:51] Taetl'tel whispers something.
- [23:51] Ohtli whispers: And would that, say...Keep Gaiar from breathing down our necks?
- [23:51] Cofi Slade says, "Oh. I guess it DOESN'T like me. Whoops."
- [23:51] Amoxtli Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:51] Taetl'tel whispers something.
- [23:52] Iosefka Coza whispers: Yes.
- [23:52] Taetl'tel whispers something.
- [23:52] Zoldak Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:52] Taetl'tel whispers something.
- [23:52] Orochi stays colied around cofis leg
- (Orochi)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:52] Amoxtli Lelhua whispers something.
- [23:52] Ohtli whispers: From what you've told me of then, ma'am, I'm not sure why they'd respect that.
- [23:52] Taetl'tel whispers something.
- [23:52] Iosefka Coza whispers: I'll let Eiphraem know that Frontier Co is involved with replanting the groves.
- [23:52] Ohtli whispers: But I trust your word.
- [23:52] Amoxtli Lelhua says, "Time ta' get SANDWICHES off'a a KID."
- [23:52] Windsor whispers: You guys really have that much clout, huh?
- [23:52] Zoldak Lelhua says, "If you got a snake on you that's unfriendly, just chop it's head off."
- [23:52] Zoldak Lelhua says, "Easy."
- [23:52] Iosefka Coza whispers: We may not.
- [23:52] Cofi Slade exclaims, "True, true!"
- [23:52] Zoldak Lelhua says, "Going to grab some STUFF."
- [23:52] William Helsing says, "Sandwiches?..."
- [23:52] Iosefka Coza whispers: But we have Illaron.
- [23:52] Ohtli whispers: And any homes, farms, or...temples would be alright?
- [23:53] Ohtli whispers: Or would the temple be out of the question?
- [23:53] Iosefka Coza whispers: Farms and homes only.
- [23:53] Orochi beedy red eyes blink
- (Orochi)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:53] Windsor whispers: Yeah, I'm not sure how we'd explain the whole temple situation.
- [23:53] Iosefka Coza whispers: Temple later.
- [23:53] Cofi stares down at the demon with equally beady green eyes. The perfect match.
- (Cofi Slade)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:53] Ohtli whispers: ...But it can be built, right?
- [23:53] Iosefka Coza whispers: Maybe.
- [23:53] Taetl'tel asks, "Did you make- a new demon friend, Cofi?"
- [23:54] Iosefka Coza whispers: One second.
- [23:54] Cofi Slade exclaims, "Apparently!"
- [23:54] Orochi sticks it's tongue out
- (Orochi)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:54] Ohtli whispers: Right...
- [23:54] Iosefka Coza says, "..."
- [23:54] Leland Lelhua asks, "Where did they-?"
- [23:54] Iosefka Coza says, "Prison."
- [23:55] Leland Lelhua says, "Oh, whatever. I have money to make-"
- [23:55] Cofi Slade says, "Forcing the fat kid to give up his lunch."
- [23:55] Leland Lelhua exclaims, "Thanks!"
- [23:55] Iosefka Coza says, "... Well, regardless."
- [23:55] Iosefka Coza asks, "Tattle, where's Dan?"
- [23:55] Ohtli whispers: Then what would I need to do to have the temple allowed? I want to do good, that's my big priority.
- [23:55] Ohtli whispers: But the temple's important to me too.
- [23:55] Taetl'tel says, "Uhh"
- [23:55] Taetl'tel says, "Sleeping- I think."
- [23:55] Iosefka Coza says, "Ah well."
- [23:55] Iosefka Coza whispers: Dan listens to me, and he's currently Illaron's Pacted.
- [23:56] Iosefka Coza whispers: I'll smooth things over with him. For now, build houses and farms, get some shovels, start digging holes to plant acorns.
- [23:56] Windsor whispers: I guess that's fair.
- [23:56] Ohtli whispers: We can do that.
- [23:56] Iosefka Coza whispers: In fact, it might be best just to set up tents.
- [23:56] Ohtli whispers: Just tents? Why?
- [23:56] Iosefka Coza whispers: There are other places people will expect to be returned to their original state.
- [23:57] Iosefka Coza whispers: Places suffering from mass deforestation.
- [23:57] Ohtli whispers: We could make that place our home then?
- [23:57] Ohtli whispers: Er. Couldn't?
- [23:57] Iosefka Coza whispers: Mm. Alrighty.
- [23:57] Iosefka Coza whispers: Oh.
- [23:57] Iosefka Coza whispers: Well, I don't know is the thing.
- [23:58] Iosefka Coza whispers: I'm sure they'd rather have you than Gehennans on the border.
- [23:58] Ohtli whispers: Until you talk to this Illarion person? Or Dan?
- [23:58] Orochi gets bored and naws on cofi's leg , with its fangs retracted
- (Orochi)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [23:58] Ohtli whispers: I'm willing to work with Crafthold. So I'd hope so.
- [23:58] Iosefka Coza whispers: Mhm.
- [23:58] Iosefka Coza whispers: I'll just let them know, and everything should be fine.
- [23:58] Ohtli whispers: Then we can wait until we hear back from you. And in the mean time start getting acorns and other things we'll need.
- [23:59] Ohtli whispers: ...Thank you, miss Iosefka.
- [23:59] Iosefka Coza whispers: Nooo problem.
- [23:59] Ohtli whispers: It's not what I'd hoped for, but it's still a chance to do good.
- ---------------------------------
- [12:04] Iosefka Coza says, "Windsor, Ohtli? Dan, too, I suppose. It's time for a meet."
- [12:05] Windsor says, "Right, sure. I can worry about our crops later."
- [12:05] Ohtli says, "Now's as good a time as any."
- [12:05] Iosefka Coza says, "Leggo! Follow me, you three."
- [12:06] Iosefka Coza says, "Take a seat, take a seat."
- [12:06] Iosefka Coza says, "Yes, there are chairs there."
- [12:06] Iosefka Coza says, "They're invisible."
- [12:15] Iosefka glances between Windsor and Ohtli with a raised brow, occasionally glancing towards Dan in the midst of their meeting. The Clinic was always the best place to go for impromptu meetings. It offered discretion, without the need of a key. Not every meeting had to be in the cramped tower, after all.
- "So. Because of this political snafu with the Vampires, we are... Currently in a bit of a weird state with our far-northern neighbors. Tepesh will be requesting arms and armor in the near future. This request is not mandatory for Crafthold to fulfill, but one good turn deserves another. So Crafthold will be most likely arming Invictus."
- She takes a deep in-take of breath, before lifting her chin slightly. Elbows are propped up on the table. Fingers are laced together.
- "You're not going to be involved with that, naturally, but I just thought I would tell you what has resulted from our... Ah. 'Rescue'. You have a few options at this point on where you go from here."
- She glances at Dan.
- "We can hire individuals to be set up in Eidolon with you, employees to help act as security detail who are interested in growing and healing the land there. It means discounts on weapons and armors made by myself or Lusion as you set up a base of operations. Enough people to protect yourselves in case of another raid, enough gear to fend them off. Or. If you're feeling like you don't want to risk it, I do have another project I've been working on. It'll involve similar work, something an astrologian and caretaker might be particularly good at.
- (Iosefka Coza)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:16] Iosefka Coza says, "Choice is yours."
- [12:19] Ohtli's face creases as the options are lain out before them, as are the results of their run-in with the vampires. The ones that did not involve having most of her blood drained.
- "I don't mind the risk, Iosefka. It's still a good cause, and one that needs to be done. If Ezmara, Cruxati, and Atl are preoccupied with war I don't see them doing it. But Windy should weigh in on that too.
- "I know Crafthold prizes its neutrality...but why are they and Gaiar on good terms with the vampires? Is that alright to ask?"
- (Ohtli)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:23] "...Considering what the hell just happened to us, I'm feeling a bit more cautious about it." He shoots a concerned glance in Ohtli's direction - they were granted no small amount of stress, and he felt justified in laying the entirety of the blame on the vampires for it. "...Eidolon still needs to be cleared up, though. That's still the worthiest cause here."
- He lays his hands flat out onto the table, pondering for a moment. "...To keep our options open, I'll hear what this other 'project' is before I make any kinds of decisions. We're going to be working more transparently for you guys in either case." Windsor rubbed the back of his neck, looking off to the side. "I figure it's only fair as recompense for... y'know, saving our asses."
- (Windsor)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:25] Clearly - this rescue was more beneficial to him more then anything, people owe him their lives.. and he isn't the one with the diplomatic issues at the moment.
- The horned man's brow furrowed however at the mention of Gaiar's alliance..
- "That is the workings of high Ordinator, Lisa'belle - Lugonqi's ward and all."
- "She came with us durin' the initial visit to the vampires, and happens to be VERY fucking nosey.. truthfully, Gaiar is in need of allies - even blood suckin' ones." a shrug would follow, he didn't entirely understand Lisa'belle's logic.
- "My initial interest is that they're our neighbors, and were likely their easiest targets.. it makes being friendly real important."
- (Dan Karadin)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:27] Ohtli asks, "...And you wouldn't want to be pinned between war with them and Gehenna. Right?"
- [12:29] Dan Karadin says, "..Well a war between them and Dawn is more likely, which we were literally pinned between both nations."
- [12:29] Iosefka Coza asks, "Especially now that Elren is sucking down the blood of one of their Elders, is it?"
- [12:29] Windsor says, "Apparently."
- [12:29] Iosefka Coza says, "I can't imagine Arthur would be all too pleased with that."
- [12:29] Iosefka Coza says, "Crafthold has been engaging in a ''We pretend they don't exist until they need to buy something''."
- [12:29] Dan Karadin says, "Coraline isn't an elder.. and he was originally captured - and was the original prisoner that started their conflict"
- [12:29] Iosefka Coza says, "Right."
- [12:30] Iosefka Coza says, "So Gaiar's basically been pissing everyone off by allowing them to frolic."
- [12:30] Ohtli says, "I don't have any love for Elren, but no one deserves that."
- [12:30] Dan Karadin asks, "Essentially - It's more Lisa then Gaiar but.. what is Gaiar anymore?"
- [12:30] Iosefka Coza says, "Two Archons and a woman with blood wings."
- [12:31] Ohtli asks, "There's only two now?"
- [12:31] Iosefka Coza says, "In Gaiar, yeah."
- [12:31] Dan Karadin says, "Three. Malgannan, Lugonqi and Illaron"
- [12:31] Ohtli says, "I hadn't realized."
- [12:31] Iosefka Coza says, "I don't count Illaron."
- [12:31] Iosefka Coza says, "He's a constant, but he's not in charge."
- [12:31] Iosefka Coza says, "He's kind of in a situation like myself, I imagine..."
- [12:32] Iosefka Coza says, "Except insanely powerful."
- [12:32] Ohtli says, "And I think Lugonqi wouldn't care whether the vampires were left ro roam or not."
- [12:32] Dan Karadin says, "Fair point - and I'd say so.. except far more secluded as well."
- [12:32] Iosefka Coza says, "Absolutely not, Ohtli."
- [12:32] Ohtli says, "He's...not the merciful sort. I can't say I like him."
- [12:32] Iosefka Coza says, "The thing about Gaiar is that it cares not for where its strength comes from."
- [12:33] Dan Karadin says, "Oh right - they still want two souls for Ohtli, I think considering throwing them Alexandrea."
- [12:33] Dan Karadin says, "Given that no one wants 'er.."
- [12:33] Iosefka Coza asks, "Two souls for Ohtli?"
- [12:33] Iosefka Coza asks, "Why do they still want it?"
- [12:33] Iosefka Coza says, "I thought that deal was dead."
- [12:34] Ohtli says, "I thought it was too, with what Tepesh said."
- [12:34] Dan Karadin says, "Nah - but they'll still pester Zoldak"
- [12:34] Dan Karadin says, "Maybe it is.. we'll see."
- [12:34] Ohtli says, "That's...that's not right either. "
- [12:34] Ohtli says, "Two people shouldn't get hurt instead of me."
- [12:34] Iosefka Coza says, "Well don't throw yourself back into their arms for someone else's sake."
- [12:34] Dan Karadin says, "Like I said.. we could just not do it."
- [12:34] Iosefka Coza says, "Let Dan and Zoldak deal with that."
- [12:34] Dan Karadin says, "However - Alexandrea serves no use.."
- [12:34] Iosefka Coza says, "But she's not in our cells anymore."
- [12:34] Iosefka Coza says, "Eiphraem returned her to Valmasia as a token of good-will."
- [12:34] Dan Karadin says, "...Iosefka"
- [12:34] Iosefka Coza says, "Orrr. Wanted to."
- [12:34] Dan Karadin says, "I saw her in there - not even a few weeks ago."
- [12:34] Dan Karadin says, "Valmasia didn't want her.."
- [12:34] Iosefka Coza says, "Man. That's kind of funny, actually."
- [12:34] Ohtli says, "Owch..."
- [12:34] Iosefka Coza says, "I actually thought she was gone."
- [12:34] Ohtli asks, "What's her deal?"
- [12:35] Iosefka Coza says, "Tried to kidnap Ina, steal our reed."
- [12:35] Iosefka Coza says, "Oscuri woman. Claimed she'd have Crafthold burned."
- [12:35] Dan Karadin says, "Nope! She's been in the cell this whole time. Arthur didn't care.."
- [12:35] Ohtli says, "...Yeah, that's where she belongs."
- [12:35] Iosefka Coza exclaims, "Anywho!"
- [12:35] Iosefka Coza says, "Windsor."
- [12:35] Iosefka Coza asks, "Still interested in hearing the other project?"
- [12:35] Windsor says, "Yeah, might as well."
- [12:44] "Since I was much yo-" She pauses and reflects. "... Since many years ago, back when I was ACTUALLY twenty-five, I had the idea of creating an artificial biome populated by daemons and other Agarthan Wild-life. A full-fledged spawning grounds, that had an ecosystem that could sustain itself. Private, underground, with a spire-shard powered sun with day and night cycles and a host of wildlife native to Agartha."
- She'd flip open her Codex, revealing a few of the much earlier sketches of the location. About 10 kilometers squared of temperate deciduous forest, interspersed with cave systems, and rivers that ran through that tapped into the central river of Agartha and flowed into an artificial lake.
- "I am not an earth magi, and while my green thumb is better than most, it would take many of me to even cover most of the grounds here. I also don't have regular access to daemons."
- "It's not high-priority, but if you two were interested in helping with the project, I could use your help."
- (Iosefka Coza)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:50] Windsor opts to leaf through the sketches, raising a brow at the proposed designs, scrutinizing them carefully. They were... pretty straightforward, all told. It was just a biome, except underground. That's all there was to it. "...Yeah, that seems like a novel concept, too. Certainly not one I'd mind working on."
- He leans back in his seat, which was definitely what he was sitting on. "Still, while I'd be glad to work on the underground petting zoo, we should probably look to clearing Eidolon up first. If anything, it'd give Crafthold a foothold somewhere across the continent - you're already pretty ubiquitous on Agartha, but I bet hearing that Crafthold cleaned up an environmental spill would make you guys even more reputable.
- "...All told, of course, I'm not blind to it being way riskier. Those vampires are... well, uh, degenerates. I wouldn't put it past them to try doing something again."
- (Windsor)

- [12:56] Ohtli cranes her neck over, perusing the sketches. She can appreciate them at the very least. And it does sound like another good, worthy cause. It's not something that can, hopefully, be twisted to a cruel purpose.
- Like so much of everything else seems to be capable of these days. So many political undercurrents to navigate and maneuver through that it's a headache for her.
- "I'm with Windy," she declares, sitting back up with a brisk nod.
- "I like both projects. This first one can spread Crafthold's influence and get rid of the threat of Eidolon's corruption. And...hopefully the vampires, now that we're solidly aligned with the Hold, will leave us alone. If they don't, we can be ready for them."
- (Ohtli)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:56] Ohtli says, "I'm not going to run and hide just because of some bloodsuckers."
- [12:56] Iosefka Coza says, "That's the spirit."
- [12:57] Iosefka Coza says, "Well, if that's the case. I have a few people who I think can help you. I'll talk to them soon."
- [12:57] Iosefka Coza asks, "Dan, do you have any staffing recommendations?"
- [12:57] Ohtli says, "I know a few, but I'm not sure how they'd feel about anything involving Gaiar. Even indirectly."
- [12:57] Ohtli says, "...And all the dryads I know that would be good with nature are corrupted down to their core."
- [12:57] Iosefka Coza says, "There's still a good one left."
- [12:58] Iosefka nudges Dan.
- (Iosefka Coza)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:58] Iosefka Coza asks, "You remember, right? The one who helped us clean up Zoldak?"
- [12:58] Dan Karadin says, "Fool would certainly be willin' to help, she's a good loyal little soldier."
- [12:58] Dan Karadin says, "Hm..? Oh! They're pretty good to be honest."
- [12:58] Iosefka Coza says, "And we can have Taetl run rounds through that area."
- [12:58] Dan Karadin says, "He's an excellent scout.."
- [12:58] Ohtli says, "Thank the Spirits then. Every one of them I meet seems to turn out to be some kind of asshole or another."
- [12:59] Iosefka Coza asks, "What was his name again...?"
- [12:59] Iosefka Coza asks, "Ayamur?"
- [12:59] Windsor says, "In either case, the first matter to get out of the way is the cleanup. That's gonna require some elbow grease on our part."
- [12:59] Windsor says, "I've still gotta round up Ithaca and Crow for that."
- [13:00] Dan Karadin says, "Ayamur-.. or close to that."
- [13:00] Iosefka Coza says, "Of course. I think Ithaca is outside right now, actually."
- [13:01] Dan Karadin asks, "Who..?"
- [13:01] Iosefka Coza asks, "Ithaca Blackwater?"
- [13:01] Dan Karadin says, "Never met 'em."
- [13:01] Iosefka Coza says, "Very nice woman."
- [13:01] Iosefka Coza says, "Very."
- [13:01] Iosefka Coza says, "Driven."
- [13:01] Dan Karadin says, "Or my memory is fried again - I'm not entirely certain."
- [13:01] Iosefka Coza says, "Same mindset as Ohtli, except much more..."
- [13:01] Windsor says, "She's, uh."
- [13:01] Windsor says, "Gung-ho."
- [13:02] Iosefka Coza says, "Gung-ho. Yeah."
- [13:02] Iosefka Coza says, "But she's a good woman, true to her word."
- [13:02] Ohtli says, "I can appreciate that."
- [13:02] Ohtli says, "But...yes. Gung-ho."
- [13:02] Ohtli says, "That's...a good word."
- [13:02] Ohtli purses her lips.
- (Ohtli)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [13:02] Dan Karadin says, "...Huh, this should be interesting then."
- [13:03] Iosefka Coza says, "Let us know when you're all set up."
- [13:03] Iosefka Coza says, "AND."
- [13:03] Iosefka gestures to Dan.
- (Iosefka Coza)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [13:04] Iosefka Coza says, "Report to Dan and Zoldak every now and then."
- [13:04] Windsor says, "Right, of course."
- [13:04] Ohtli says, "Got it."
- [13:04] Iosefka Coza says, "And remember to keep in mind."
- [13:04] Dan Karadin says, "Do try and avoid gettin' captured again... Flaunt my name or Iosefka's if yer' seen by Vampires again."
- [13:04] Iosefka Coza says, "Yeah. That."
- [13:04] Iosefka Coza says, "And more importantly."
- [13:04] Ohtli says, "...I don't like doing that. But for the sake of not having your efforts going to waste, I will."
- [13:04] Iosefka Coza says, "Doing good doesn't mean defying evil. It means helping where you can, and how you can."
- [13:04] Windsor says, "That's about as much as I prefer to do."
- [13:04] Iosefka Coza says, "I would recommend keeping out of this shitfest with Gehenna and Gaiar, for now."
- [13:05] Ohtli says, "It's...messed up on either side, by the sounds of it. "
- [13:05] Windsor says, "Yeah, uh."
- [13:05] Ohtli says, "I'll focus on what I know is good. And that is this."
- [13:05] Iosefka smiles!
- (Iosefka Coza)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [13:05] Windsor says, "We're probably not going to be hanging out in our hut much longer anymore."
- [13:05] Ohtli says, "...I liked my hut."
- [13:06] Windsor says, "I did too, but..."
- [13:06] Windsor says, "...well, that area's a bit hot now."
- [13:06] Iosefka Coza says, "I'll let my contacts know in the area that the hut is to be maintained."
- [13:07] Iosefka Coza says, "Anyway! You two are dismissed."
- [13:07] Iosefka Coza says, "I need to talk to Dan quickly."
- [13:07] Ohtli says, "Right. Thank you both again."
- [13:07] Dan Karadin says, "Mm.. Vampire hunting grounds."
- [13:07] Windsor says, "Right. Thanks."
- [13:07] Dan Karadin says, "Yes! Farewell."
- [13:08] Ohtli stands and salutes, turning to leave with Windsor.
