  18. I used them for some years for a smaller project, and all seemed good at the time. The project ended about a year or two ago, so I can't say anything on their current status.

  23. Are they being ignored, or are there delays for another reason? Are they usually fast to reply to tickets? It might be due to the holiday period, or catching up from it. Many companies had reduced support coverage during it (some hosts, others software companies).

  25. If you're looking for a quicker resolution, depending on your circumstance and whether it's convenient, perhaps you could reboot your router and get a new IP, or use a VPN/proxy until they reply.

  38. Still that response time would get me very nervous, my providers usually respond within 15 minutes.

  40. Did you check their dashboard? Som provider offers IP unblock option from the client area. Support ticket is not required for that.
