Personality
Pros: Unpredictable genius that carries cards and masterminds their plots expertly. Supercomputer of a brain allows them to think things through in an instant.
Cons: Rife with hatred towards anything remotely Periheleone-related. This tends to blind him.
Neutral: Speaks affably but is dripping with seething rage at all times. As much as they want to, they are unable to break their programming that keeps them laser-focused on revenge at all times.

Backstory: Nega-Helios was created as an independent A.I by a warlord that Perihe had wronged, and later, killed. They took the reigns of the war-corporation, designing and creating the ultimate in spacecat-killing robotics, revolutionizing several modern industries in the process. They were defeated once already, at the hands of Perihe's GSB-PT, but has come to Mobius for revenge after having their body rebuilt.

Powers: Limitless endurance because robot.
Abilities: Laser weaponry, forcefield emitters, combat drones, fusion blades (lightsabers), nanomachine-based knockout gas, taser weaponry, even orbital bombardment. Flight is allowed using thrusters on their feet and their back.
Skills: Their advanced computer brain allows them to calculate a flawless strategy in mere moments. While they have no instincts with their weaponry, quick thinking serves as practically the same thing.

Weapons: Listed above under abilities. As a robot, all weapons are integrated into their body.

Forms: Overclocked

Weaknesses: Their maximum output requires a wormhole link to a munitions and power depot.

Appearance: A Sayvari (cat's) head, colored in grey, black, and a real dark blue. Their fur is replaced by scratchy, painful steel wool. Their eyes shine in blue and cyan, the same color as their... holographic ears. The rest of their body is less gently made, though still the same color. Bulky, powerful, and with weapon hardpoints on the shoulders, hands and chest. They have no tail.
