  5.
  6. Celestial Powers:
  7. - Elemental Storm, bind to Blade Burst
  8. - Elemental Seeker, bind to Fire Strike
  9. - Giant's Blood, bind to whatever
  10.
  11. Attribute Points: You want enough in Physique to be able to equip the Mask of Infernal Truth (828 total), the rest can go into Spirit. You get enough OA from gear/devotions where a huge Cunning investment isn't needed, which is nice.
  12.
  13.
  14. Gear
  15. ====
  16. (Note: This is my setup, I don't claim to be the gear master but this setup has worked for me really well)
  17.
  18. Weapon 1 - Nex, Enchanted Flint, Creed's Cunning
  19. Weapon 2 - Ortus, Coldstone, Creed's Cunning
  20. Helm - Mask of Infernal Truth (craftable), Leathery Hide
  21. Chest - Shroud of Illusion, Kilrian's Shattered Soul/Chains of Oleron
  22. Pants - Hidden Path MI pants with at least 3 of OA, Health, Elemental Damage, Resists (all 4 is the dream here)
  23. Shoulders - Zantarin's Shoulderguard with at least 2 of OA, Elemental Damage, Resists
  24. Gloves - Voidsteel Gauntlets, Mutated Scales for health or Consecrated Wrappings if you want to YOLO
  25. Boots - Golemborn Greaves, Mark of Mogdrogen
  26. Belt - Ulzuin's Torment (craftable), component here doesn't matter as much so just use what you need
  27. Relic - Blademaster's Talisman is my go-to, although Ulzuin's Pyroclasm and Annihilation could also work
  28. Medal - Mark of Divinity (craftable), Aether Soul/Black Tallow if you need resists or Dread Skull otherwise
  29.
  30. Armor augments are literally just whatever you need resists for, so go nuts.
  31.
  32. Jewelry kind of depends based on what you have. You REALLY need %damage converted to health on one of your jewelry items - I'd go so far as to say health conversion on at least one jewelry piece is required for this build.
  33.
  34. Ring 1 - Lifegiver Signet (ideal), Ruby of Elemental Balance (craftable) otherwise.
  35. Ring 2 - Currently I'm using a Time-Flux Band here, but as long as you have a Lifegiver Signet in the other slot anything is probably fine here. Use a Sapphire of Elemental Balance (craftable) otherwise. Regardless of what rings you use, you'll want Corpse Dust and Conjurer's Powder (Rovers, Honored) on both.
  36. Amulet - If you're using the Elemental Balance rings, you'll have to use something like a Thread of Mortality or an Empowered Warp Shard. If you have health conversion on the rings, you can use an Empowered Essence of Beronath (craftable) here. Dread Skull is the best component in my opinion but you could use Aether Soul/Black Tallow/Corpse Dust if you really need survivability. Put Kymon's Will (Kymon, Revered) on the amulet.
  37.
  38. Gear swaps: For doing stuff like Port Valbury where there's a lot of aether stuff I'll swap out Ulzuin's Torment for a Sash of the Immortal Sage for the extra aether resist. For speedfarming you can also swap out the Mark of Divinity for a Pyroclasm Mark or something else that gives damage.
  39.
  40.
  41. Playstyle
  42. =========
  43. The biggest thing with this build is stacking attack speed wherever you can get it. High attack speed + health conversion + Sacred Balance sword heals = very hard to die as long as you're smacking things in the face. It's almost kind of like stacking life on hit and attack speed on a Diablo 3 generator monk.
  44.
  45. When you're fighting things, you want to primarily use Fire Strike but you also want to make sure you're using Blade Burst once every 4 seconds to proc Lethal Assault because a lot of your damage/OA comes from that being up as close to 100% as possible. Again, it's almost kind of like using Focus/Restraint in Diablo 3 or something.
  46.
  47. Aside from that, just make sure to keep your buffs/Pneumatic Burst up and use Blackwater/Flashbangs if you get into trouble. That's about it, really, it's a pretty simple playstyle.
  48.
  49.
  50. Final Thoughts
  51. ==============
  52. In general I've really enjoyed using this build just because it's so much different from all of the other builds I've tried. When I started making this build I figured it'd be a horrible build for memers but it's actually turned out to be my favorite build of all the ones I've done. The damage is good, you're tankier than you have any right to be, and the gameplay just feels interesting despite it being a basic melee thing.
  53.
  54. One final thing - Despite the fact that you get 12500+ health and lots of healing, I feel like this build would be extremely dicey in hardcore just because you can take the occasional huge damage spike that you can't re-heal fast enough. Use this build in hardcore at your own risk.
