  1. Cotton 2 : English Script
  2. This document contains English translations for the lines in the intermissions in Cotton 2: Magical Night Dreams. Please note that this is a very 'casual' translation; many of the lines have not been translated literally. There are also inaccuracies, when there is slang and such. (That can't be found in the dictionary.) For best effects, this script should be read in conjunction with the graphical intermissions in the game.

  16.
  17. One day, in the middle of night when everybody was fast asleep, Princess Appli stole the "Bluewater Willow" and sneaked out of the castle. She sought to realize her wish through its magical powers.
  18.
  19. Suddenly, a tornado swept Appli with "Bluewater Willow" out of town into a forest. When Appli woke up, the "Bluewater Willow" was lost. Big trouble! Appli hurriedly started to search for the "Bluewater Willow". Then ...

  176. Ending
  177.
  178. King: Quiet, everybody! ... so Appli, what is it that you have to say?
  179.
  180. A: Actually ... it's me who took the Bluewater Willow out to try powerful magic. Sor, sorry!!
  181.
  182. (oh ... ah ...)
  183.
  184. Queen: I see. Though it's true that the "Bluewater Willow" has the power of enhancing the magic power of its holder, more importantly, it was a very important treasure which maintains the balance of the land in this kingdom. We can't be without it. Having lost this treasure, the fate of this kingdom will ...
  185.
  186. C: Wait! Who cares about that! Rather, where's the big, great soft, bouncy Willow? Where! Where! Whe! ... pe ... Eh? ... What's wrong with my stomach ...
  187.
  188. S: Oh ... That's why I said you shouldn't eat the Willow that you found in the forest. That Willow had a strange color ...
  189.
  190. A: Wait a minute. The Willow that you found in the forest and ate, was it of Bluewater color?
  191.
  192. C: Ouch ... Yes. Since I have never eaten Bluewater-colored Willow, when I tried it, though it was not very sticky, the taste was okay ...
  193.
  194. A: IS THAT WHAT YOU'RE SAYING, "THE TASTE WAS OKAY"!!
  195.
  196. A: I stole the Bluewater Willow, and planned to create a harem and collect handsome guys. You ruined my plan!
  197.
  198. C: How could I have known that!
  199.
  200. A: What!
  201.
  202. C: What!!
  203.
  204. King: Are you in your right mind? You two, cool your heads in prison!
  205.
  206. C: Let's go!
  207.
  208. A: Let's go!
  209.
  210. Announcer: After that, having lost the "Bluewater Willow", which kept the balance of the land, the Kingdom of Pumpkin was gradually ruined, and became a land of terror filled with monsters.
