Hey,

With MWM saying that he "is actively talking with others who disagree", I just wanted to let you know I'm not going behind yours or Bewb's backs and taking a hard stance on either side of this argument. Both sides have valid points and I just want to reach a conclusion that keeps us all together and on the same page. MWM is worried about some sort of conspiracy to go behind his back and do shit completely without him involved, and I don't think that's something y'all would do as I've really gotten the impression that you and boob are genuine dudes who just want the best for the community. I don't feel that you guys would go behind his back, more the types to lay the shit out to him directly and say it right to him as you have been.

Yeah man. It's not a big conspiracy. He's got some serious issues he needs to work through with being incredibly controlling, and how to listen to people. Kage is pissed about how he got treated on rxc, lazenbooby and I have never seen eye to eye with Tom about how the discord should be run. So we are a part of two other discords, one of which is the discord of someone Tom banned ages ago.

His concern is not unfounded, it looks bad. But it's not a matter of betrayal, just wanting to talk with people without the issues rxc has. If you want to know what I mean, just look at how he responded to lazenbooby earlier today. I don't know if you have access to the rxc discord mod channel, but you can see he and I had a bit of a tiff the other day in there as well.

I can tell you he definitely is trying to work on his missteps. Y'all seem to have worked through the worst of it and I would hate to see the progress which has been started go to waste. He felt a bit betrayed by you and Boob going to the alt dc and I told him what I told you, yall are genuine dudes and wouldn't do some shit like in a nefarious way.

I would say lets all cool off for a few days and try not to push things too far in any regard. I know I don't have much ground to stand on as I'm still relatively new to the whole moderating thing but we are all so fuckin passionate about core that we butt heads too easily.

Currently he's "shocked" at y'all joining as mods to a dc that is apparently trying to poach users from rxc

Yeah, some of them are doing that. That's not anything I'm apart of though. I got included in everything as kind of a passenger.

There was talk about what to do, but I wasn't apart of any plans, and I certainly didn't expect to be a mod over on mod alt
