Project:
	How difficult will it be to do specific activities on this project?
in terms of: data collection, security, accessibility, data organization, data analytics

	Is there anything unique in the project’s scope statement that will affect resources?
(scope activities, list of activities) web hosting, personnel unavailability
	What is the organization’s history in doing similar activities?  Has the organization done similar tasks before?  What level of personnel did the work?
Similar activities such as Designing Web Sites (HTML/CSS). The group has done a similar work in their System Analysis and Design and all of the group members contributed in the activities needed to be done. (kelangan ba specific activities?)
	Does the organization have people, equipment, and materials that are capable and available for performing the work?  Are there any organizational policies that might affect the availability of resources?
The group has a member that should provide a webhosting service, unfortunately the member was not aware that the resource was already unavailable thus affecting our time efficiency.

	Does the organization need to acquire more resources to accomplish the work?  Would it make sense to outsource some of the work?  Will outsourcing increase or decrease the amount of resources needed and when they’ll be available?
The group needed an additional resources in terms of personnel through the help of professionals. Productivity increased as the group had outsourced some work. The outsource was not always available thus increasing our resources needed.
