  1. Firstly we discussed the in-universe purpose of the film. My idea for how that works was this:
  2.
  3. AO 1-2: Considered cinematice classics
  4. AO 3: The golden age of Andy Oid
  5. AO 4: Dwindling success
  6. AO 5: An attempt to conclude the series
  7.
  8. AO 6: Direct to Video sequel by a different company with different actors (Harvey as Oid)
  9. AO 7: Direct to Video again but with the return of Jake as an actor in an attempt to bridge the originals and number 6
  10.
  11. With that in mind, we want to write a script that feels like it should be the last one.
  12.
  13. A scene I'm really keen on including is the ending scene of Fast 7, where Paul Walker is edited onto his brothers body and Wiz Khalifa plays. I like the Joke that the film is a tribute to Jake the actor, and that he died mid-filming.
  14.
  15. The premise we're workshopping right now is that Cleo and Oid had a son (currently named "Leo Patrick Oid" Who was not aware of his fathers existence. The film starts with him as a normal but unpopular high-school student. He wants to be cool, so he's interested in sinful things such as drugs (The idea of it being a Drug PSA returns frequently.) After a few minutes of setup, Oid comes crashing in introducing himself as his father. Immediately Oid is seen as much cooler than Leo by his peers. Oid also is like a conservative christian in this one and preaches pro-gun, pro-abstinence and anti-drug messages to the other kids.
  16.
  17. Shortly after their initial meeting, Leo goes on summer camp. Oid joins in as if he were also a high-school kid. The school is separated into groups of four or five, with a camp councillor guiding each group (We briefly discussed the possibility of "Camp Councillor Navgod.") Leo isn't very pleased with his father taking up the spotlight, and he sees drugs and stuff as very cool actually.
  18. And goes with some of the Bad Kids to try drugs. He's still a little hesitant at first, but he tries a drug.
  19.
  20. Little does Leo know, he is actually a cyborg born from pieces of an infectious Cleo AI that was removed from Oid in the 4th movie, that he initially received during their intimate moment in the 3rd movie (We could incorporate an abstinence/STD awareness message in here if we wanted to really push the PSA angle.) The drug activated the part of his mind that was previously docile and makes him want to kill those that would get in his way.
  21.
  22. The next day, each of the summer camp groups split off into the forest to hike or something. Andy tries to get closer to their camp councillor, but Leo is acting strangely. Strange events keep happening and the other two members of the group go missing or are found dead. This part of the film would be framed as a survival horror kind of thing, where they believe theres a creature hunting them in the woods (because they don't know about Leo.)
  23.
  24. Eventually they discover that the root cause of the disappearances is Leo, and they have a confrontation. Leo explains his insatiable bloodlust to Oid and the councillor. He pulls another weed out of his pocket to smoke it, saying that he'll kill them both afterwards. Oid makes the connection in his mind between the drug and Leo's strange behaviour. He smacks it out of Leo's hand and smokes it himself to get rid of it.
  25.
  26. Oid immediately gags and collapses. Leo snaps back to his normal self to show concern, and Oid says that weed can and will kill, and that he's dying. We see flashbacks to previous andy oid films (including random concepts of ones we haven't made.) as Oid fades away from this world. Wiz Khalifa's "See You again" plays. Jake's face is edited on the body of a completely different looking person. Maybe we have a message here about Leo deciding never to do drugs again.
