  1. What is Stress?
  2. There is no definition of stress that
  3. everyone agrees on, what is stressful
  4. for one person may be pleasurable or
  5. have little effect on others. We all react
  6. to stress differently.
  7. Stress is not what happens to us. It's our responsibility, to what happens. And the response is something that e choose. It is the confusion that is created when one's mind overrides the body's basic desire to choke the living daylight out of somebody who desperately needs it.
