- Gwen swung her mace and smacked one of my bees down––a bit harder than necessary, but she was getting pushed––and then turned to her party.

- I attacked first, throwing my beetle's antennae forward and attacking her from both directions. She responded correctly, if predictably, by ducking under the whips, then used her posture to push herself up and forward, shield-first at my beetle's face. I stepped back, absorbing most of the hit, then moved to her left to make it more awkward for her to use her mace. This put my beetle's side toward the rest of her party, but they were too busy to help her out at the moment.
