Introdution - This server will pretty much mimic the real life. You cant start beeing a cop or a medic. You must have certain atributes to choose your job, or you can be a citizen, get attibutes and get your job

( Atributes - Intelligence
            - Brawn
            - Agility
            - Weapons Skills )


1. Jobs
 - Police Officer - With ranks, you can get promoted to either SWAT or FBI or Detective
 - Lawyer         - Can decrease the wanted level of a criminal for a ammount of money
 - Taxi Driver    - Can drive people to places for a certain price (cmd?)
 - Mechanic       - With a command can repair someone's car for a price. There shouldn't be any Pay'n'Spray to make the Mechanic necessary
 - Medic          - Heals people up for a price.
 - Citizen        - The default "job", the player can choose his path, either be a criminal, or a simple pedestrian, or a custom job (owner of a business)
 - News reporter  - Can make global messages in the chat, to explain what's happening in the city
 - Hooker         - A respected hard working woman for a better future. Can give oral sex.


2. Cars
 - A Simple speedometer (juppi's one?)
 - Fuel meter
 - Buy vehicles
 - Set your own vehicle prices for other players to buy





3. Properties
 - Buy properties
 - Set your own properties prices for other players to buy
 - Interiors
 - Furniture (Oh yeah. That's gay.)
 - Some properties can sell products. (The owner gets %80 of the sum in his bank when someone buys a product, %20 for taxes)



4. Weather and Clock
 - Random weather during the day, should change every 30 minutes (real time)
 - Real time clock



5. Other features
 - Buy food and such
 - Buy weapons and such






| Mechanic ideas | - Can repair vehicles if near them (30 seconds)
           - Can paint vehicles if near them (15 seconds)
           - Can destroy/dump vehicles for free (10 seconds)

           - Can park a car wherever he wants
