Trivia:
	When boa came to emiko’s first concert ( along with a bunch of the SM family ) and was the one who gave her the congratulatory bouquet emiko burst into tears and could barely stutter out a thank you - something she has yet to live down even years later.
	Emiko’s favorite charity is one that helps pay for students schooling, she especially likes to go and meet some of the students who she helped get their education and get updates on what they are doing, their jobs etc.
	She is deathly allergic to pineapple, something she discovered on her 8th birthday when a friend brought a fruit platter to her party with pineapple on it. She spent the rest of the day in the hospital.
	She is a hemophiliac and regularly goes to the hospital to receive injections of clotting factor.
	Emiko keeps her hair short because she finds it really annoying when it blows in her face during performances, one day she just chopped it all off - her manager almost had a heart-attack. She has kept it short since.
	She is religious about her skin-care routine, because she dances so much she sweats a lot and breaks out like crazy if she doesn’t keep her skin clean and well taken care of.
	She competes with Key a lot for best halloween costume at the SM town halloween party. The first year she beat him was quite funny, he had gone all out on his costume as per usual but she pulled out all the stops with gorgeous corpse bride costume she had been curating since march, he was toast.
	Her dad is her biggest fan, his car has her logo on the hood and his licence plate is personalized with her name. He keeps a journal of all the things she does and all her achievements and comes to every performance she puts on in japan. He is mostly retired and uses a lot of that time to keep up with what his daughter is doing.
	Emiko prefers simpler styles for the most part but she isn’t afraid to go all out for an event or a stage.

    ↳ Emiko has a confidence built through hard-work and dedication. She knows she is good because she put the time and effort in to become that way. Though you might not think so at first, given her more quiet disposition, she is quite strong-willed and outspoken when she cares about something and isn’t afraid to speak-up.

    ↳ despite her harsher edges, emiko is a very caring person. She has a sort of need to do social good and so she gives her money to charities and volunteers her time and platform when she can. She is generous even on smaller scales, from buying coffee for all her team to helping a friend move.

Emiko would probably have the ability to clone herself if she were to have a super power. She is a very busy person and having other versions of herself to do things would be helpful, also imagine the performances she could pull of with a stage full of her clones.

Idol crushes:
Lee taemin - obviously she has an immense amount of respect and admiration towards him and as she gets to know him that puppy crush becomes a lot more real. Thanks to repeated exposure, emiko isn’t too embarrassing around taemin, she can form coherent sentences and the like but she still gets very blushy and giggly - to be fair he does too.
Sunmi - again more of a puppy crush than an actual crush, she really looks up to sunmi and would be a stuttering and blubbering mess around her.

People she looks up to:
Taemin - can any dancer of this generation say they don’t look up to taemin? His unique dance style and risky music choices make him a stand-out for all the right reasons. Emiko really loves taemin’s music and her respect for him grew even more when she met him and found out he is actually a really sweet person
BoA - emiko looks up to boa more than anyone, boa was the reason she decided to even audition for SM in the first place. Her stage presence and singing and dancing abilities captivated emiko from the beginning and she wanted to be just like her.
Sunmi - emiko’s first introduction to sunmi was on her first live stage, wonder girls were also promoting at the time and sunmi caught her attention. Then again a few years later when sunmi came out with 24 hours. Emiko wouldn’t stop playing it - it drove her manager insane.
Her parents - emiko really wants to be like her parents in future, she really looks up to and respects their relationship with each other and their relationship with their children. They are so supportive and dedicated and put in effort to keep their family happy and close.
G-dragon - would any list of inspirations be complete without the og triple threat GD? Emiko, like pretty much everyone, was a big fan of Big Bang when she was in high school and especially G-dragon, his talent for pretty much everything he tried and seemingly endless charisma drew her in.
