× Personality - Doo Ri is someone that you'd hear before you see. She's a chatterbox and people often wonder how so much talking could come out of such a small body. She's another ball of energy and laughing at things even if it's not funny at all. Doo Ri is very bold and spontaneous however because she's clumsy she's often seen bumping into things or tripping up. If you want to keep your secrets, don't tell Doo Ri - she may be a great listener but she's not good at keeping secrets. She often says things without thinking about the consequences. × Background - Due to her mother's health, Doo Ri's family moved to Jeju soon after she was born. Her dad's side came from Jeju and they owned a holiday hotel which her family began to manage after they moved. As the middle child, she could never get the attention that her dad gave to her older brother or what her mother gave to her youngest sister. So she often made friends with the tourists who came to stay at their hotel and especially their kids. She loved how different every person was and learnt to speak bits and pieces of different languages. When she was 7 years old, there was a musician had come to stay at their hotel for a month and she followed him around everywhere after seeing him sing and play his guitar in the garden area. She had loved his voice and the stories that he told about the meaning of his songs and how he wrote songs. That had ignited her love of music and made her aspire to want to become a musician too. Being exposed to so many different people, she was able to be really confident and able to go up to any person and talk to them. As she got older, she often performed at the hotel and even toured those that stayed at the hotel around Jeju. There were some youtubers that came to stay at the hotel and while they stayed there she often toured them around the island. She was featured in their vlogs and many of their subscribers kept asking them if Doo Ri had her own youtube account because she seemed like someone who'd be a youtuber. This encouraged Doo Ri to make her own youtube where she posts vlogs about Jeju and interesting people that stay with at her hotel. She also posts covers and some originals of songs while playing piano or guitar. She was scouted by Starship Entertainment after some of the management team stayed at their hotel for a retreat and saw her perform .
