Mac users, please torrent Windows 8.1 or 7 and install via Bootcamp or buy/build a PC. There's a 99% chance you're never going to get a torrent for OS X.

[The Sims 3]
There are options, one for those who already own the legal base game or a legal EP, and those who are looking to pirate the entire thing.

Before we start...DO NOT USE CRACKS, DO NOT USE CRACKS, DO NOT USE CRACKS!!! Did you get that? Okay, let's start.

1.If you're looking to pirate the base and EPs, download the DJ Repack from Isozone. You need to also get NRaas No CD Mod and put it in your mods folder (modding instructions in the modding pastebin in OP). You may also have to bypass the Sims 3 Launcher if you get a disc authorization error. Instructions for bypassing the launcher are here:

To select the EPs you want to use, use the Sims Game Selector software available here:

2. If you already have the base game legally and an EP legally, it's a bit different. You can install an EP between your base game and your latest legal EP WITHOUT using the No CD mod and WITHOUT having to bypass the launcher. You can even have Origin running while you play, if you want to. The game only checks for authorization on the latest EP you have installed, and if you have the latest EP digitally, even better, because you don't need a disc. However, if you want to install an EP passed your latest EP, you DO need the No CD Mod and may need to bypass the launcher, which may disable any content you have installed via the launcher.

Essentially, you can pick any EP you want and install selectively. Download the EPs from games4theworld, not the forum, the site with all the downloads.

(For Mac Users)
You must decompress the .rar using Stuffit Expander (no other software will work for this, just use Stuffit) and create a .dmg using the disk utility to get the installer to run. You must also launch each EP from their icon in your Applications folder so it can download their patch and update them. Yes, you have to do this for each one unless you want constant crashing.
