  1. Dear [Team name] Management & Players,
  2.
  3. This might not be the first time I'm sending you/your organisation an application letter and maybe not the last time either but yet I keep improving on daily/weelkly basis so I keep updating my job application a bit in order to draw your attention even more. I'm trying to achieve my dreams so I won't give up, I try to learn from my mistakes in order to achieve my dreams. But for the last 4 months I feel improved in what I accomplished for myself & for other respectable eSport organisations in CSGO. I will try to convince you about it & show you why you should give me atleast 1 chance ! That's personally for me enough reason & motivtaion to keep doing what I'm doing ! I have reviewed my own job application a couple of times already by now, I hope I got it close to perfect this time. I just hope you take your time to just read go through this wall of text & give me a reply. Often I get ignored a lot in the world of eSports which is a sad but understandable thing seeing how busy eSports organisations are and how many letters they get. So this is my job application for your CSGO team (&so including your organisation). I'm ready to lift your CS:GO team to a new level, I will try to introduce myself to you as good as possible. If you have any tips, advice or questions concerning my job application, please let me know. I'm pretty sure I can be a valuable asset to your team because coaches, analysts & so on can bring a team to their next level & let them discover their full potential and also I have proven to be valuable to other organisations which keeps me going for what I'm doing!
  4.
  5. Short introduction about myself:
  6.
  7. I'm Anton "ANTO_oNNN" Van Gorp, I'm 21 years old and I live in Flanders, Belgium.
  8. I graduated(6th class of Latin Sciences) 4 years ago at high school and I'm currently
  9. going to University and attending the classes of Business Management - Marketing. But besides (or even instead) of
  10. going to university, doing exams, practicing sports and doing other stuff in my leisure time, I would like
  11. to become an employee of your organisation (obviously if you feel convinced & pleased about my application & the work I could accomplish for your CSGO team). I'm looking for a part-time/full time job which I can practice at home or even across the borders in Europe/USA/Team houses/... . We can negotiate a deal/contract when you feel pleased & convinced about me/my application/my trial period in your organisation. And aswell if you are convinced about my past endeavours & experiences in eSports and my current/future potential value in CSGO for your team. Also, I talk Dutch, English & French kind of fluent and I'm able to learn more languages in case that's needed.
  12.
  13.
  14. Experience in CS:GO:
  15.
  16. As a Player(not too much, but that's not where my strenght is !):
  17. - 2.7k+ hours in CS:GO , experienced at playing at a high level at ESEA(Rank A- to A+), Face It etc(Diamond+). I'm currently playing in a CS GO team for fun / semi-competitive with ex-CoD4 professional players (friends) as IGL , I'm a really experienced CoD4 PC player now using my knowledge, dedication and passion into CSGO.
  18.
  19. As an analyst/coach:
  20. - I did some in depth analysis, some previews of some upcoming matches and some reviews of some matches for several organisations including Space Soldiers, Alternate aTTax, eSuba and Team Immunity & ENCE eSports as (try-out/free agent) analyst, they were really pleased with the result but they were unable to hire/contract me due several reasons(language barrier, financial problems, being busy & having other priorities etc). And potentially Epsilon eSports, Gambit, Team Singularity(denmark), Athletico eSports (Australia)& more organizations would be really interested in me seeing my impressive history in eSports etc.
  21.
  22. - 15 August 2016: Update after the freelance work for Alternate aTTax & Space Soldiers & eSuba I'm now currently the Head Analyst for the eSuba CS:GO Team (a sub top team in ESEA EU Premier, not contracted.) I have been doing previews, reviews, tactical reviews etc. on ESEA Premier teams & Regional teams & LANs & so on.
  23. =>Despite being eSuba Head Analyst right now I'm still looking for other/better oppotunities to achieve greatness & accomplish my dreams in eSports(as I'm not under contract right now) so I'm talking with other organisations currently such as Team Immunity(Australia), Space Soldiers(Turkey), ENCE eSports(Finland) for a potential collaboration with them, but they seem to be really busy & have other priorities right now I suppose. Your organisation would be an ideal start, I'm a guy who wants to work out things really fast, unfortuntately I need to be able to have a lot of patience in eSports which I'm trying to accomplish over time.
  24.
  25. - Currently as Head Analyst of eSuba I'm mostly preparing them for upcoming matches in their ESEA (Premier) matches aswell as their regional championships. In BO1/BO3 games where i know the map(s) I will do a full background research on the opposing team which includes VODs, demos & so on. I will go through everything and just find & see tendencies & similarities & tactics & setups in their play to do extended analysis on them and potentially if it's a really tough opponent antistrat them. But i could also review demo's like I said for mistakes, or review & find weaknesses in their play. Or help with tactics and so on, adaptations... I am currently and I would take this job for your team very seriously & do it more in depth & ofcourse there is a some kind of skill gap in the teams I analyzed & your organisation & their opponents. But that shouldn't be too much of a problem.
  26.
  27. => Update: I stepped down as analyst from the eSuba CS:GO roster looking for other opportunities, i'm currently a free agent
  28.
  29. Experience/endeavours in eSports(in general)
  30.
  31. - I was a CyberGamer Call of Duty 4 EU PC League Administrator, A Cybergamer EU PC Forum Moderator, a CyberGamer AntiCheat(CGAC) Admin and a CyberGamer PC Support Platform.http://eu.cybergamer.com/ => CyberGamer is the place to be for all Call of Duty 2 & Call of Duty 4 & Enemy Territory Players. with 10.000's of active players. But ever since I left CyberGamer I have approached and I have been approached by organisations such as Faceit, ESL/Turtle jobs, CEVO, etc. to share & invest my knowledge into Counter Strike, But this were mostly volunatary jobs and so on and I would mostly not earn anything for the several hours a day I'm spending on it.
  32.
  33. - I have organised CoD4 Cups, have helped to manage and support ClanBase CoD4 ladders. During my time as both a player and as admin I watched demos aswell, for my own team I watched demos for the tactical approach of the team, analyzing stuff. As an CyberGamer (anticheat) admin I had to watch demos for accusations & proof of cheats of certain players.
  34.
  35. - Also a really long time ago I maintained the KaoS eSports Gaming News posts & forums in the past.
  36.
  37.
  38. What jobs would fit me? Several jobs in the CS:GO come to my mind: such as Manager, Coach, Analyst. But Coach/analyst might be the best fits for me personally but not the only ones ! I could lead the team(tactical =>IGL), I could manage the team, I could analyze tactics, invent tactics, review tactics, review demos, review & find weaknesses/soft spots in our own play and the enemy's play. All things I have done or am currently still doing for several other eSport organisations and i'm willing to do and even passionate about. Once you get me on board you will see how dedicated and passionate I am and will be about CSGO and in improving your team even more. But I heard good analysts are hard to find these days so I could do that aswell because that is what most organizations are asking these days: competent, experienced analysts. They are often underrated.
  39.
  40. Questions: If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me ! If you want I could give you a copy of the analytical work I did for some organisations & pro teams or I could make some analytical work for your own CSGO Division to show you what I'm worth. Several organisations really approved my work and told me I brought their CS:GO team to another level however I haven't reached the top of the CSGO Scene yet neither have I reached the top of my performance yet and I'm hoping to achieve that with you guys very soon.
  41.
  42. - Please discuss your previous work experience: like you could read above in subheader "Experience in CS:GO", all explained in detailed
  43. - How you envision the analyst position: dynamic job with variation of work such as studying the opponents, finding weakness in the opponent's play, finding tendencies aswell as work on on our gameplan & tactics to be fully prepared for official games online & on LAN.
  44. - Why you are the best candidate for the job: I have got the passion, dedication & experience to make a good candidate, one of the better ones hopefully signing up for this position !
  45.
  46. Kind Regards,
  47. Anton Van Gorp
  48. ex-Head Analyst eSuba CS:GO, ex freelance analyst for Space Soldiers, Alternate Attax & Team Immunity
  49.
  50. P.S. I would be glad if you gave me a chance or trial and show me how dedicated & passionate I'm to make your CS:GO division even better & more successful, I have proven to a couple of subtop CSGO teams to be a really valuable asset as you could read earlier on. I hope I didn't came along too cocky or anything, if so so my apologies.
