  1. https://bf4db.com/player/354858177
  2. Has been reported clean, here is more evidence.
  3. I suspect OscyJack of an Aimbot.
  4. His appeal thread: https://bf4db.com/forum/thread/ban-appeal-oscyjack-42
  5. I would like to make a case that involves both statistics and video proof. Together I hope that the initial ban will be reinstated as this will be enough evidence to show proof of an aimbot. As the initial ban was based on only a few pulled battlereports, I pulled all of them to compare them.
  6.
  7. First, however, there is a distinction to be made. All battlereports pulled are from hardcore gunmaster. Hockeeyyy I know you had good accuracy on gunmaster, but there are two things to address. First, I did not see the battle reports from those two matches in your video. You didn’t tell us the actual accuracy you got in them only that “probably generated 40+% accuracy.” Second, you were playing on normal mode, where you get crosshairs and circles, it takes more bullets to kill people, thereby making it easier to generate a higher accuracy with automatic weapons.
  8. .
  9. Hardcore mode is very different. No gun that I am aware of takes more than 3 hits (asides from shotguns at distance) to get a kill. Some take 2 shots, and occasionally they are single shots to kill. Because of this, people are more likely to get a lower accuracy regardless of conditions.
  10.
  11. Before I list all of his accuracy statistics, I want to give a couple of my battle reports and contrast them.
  12. Here is TDM where I’m using an L115 and shorty shotty: 56% accuracy. Doesn’t warrant any suspicion as I’m using both single shot weapons. http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/873029371024542528/903653408/
  13. Here is one of my recent GM matches: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/873021165376277376/903653408/
  14. 26% accuracy. The highest I recall having is ~30% on hardcore gunmaster. Both this match and my best one I do believe I won.
  15.
  16. Here are OscyJack’s accuracy stats on gunmaster on the hardcore server over the last 8 months, in a google spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bAoEJ7mWbTZxe_x0SAAsoO28BBgHEkRx29cHtevkjxw/edit?usp=sharing (if you desire to comment, I can pm another link)
  17. In this document, I only listed the gun master rounds from GoPostal’s server, to control a variable and as they were the cause for the initial ban
  18. Legend:
  19. -Some rows are shifted to the right by 1 column. These are matches that are of negligible weight due to the number of kills in the match (Less than 5 kills), this was for averaging purposes.
  20. -All of the matches he got 32-35 kills I highlighted as green, as that is winning/at the top.
  21. -Running averages are one column to the right for simpler equations.
  22. - Any accuracy 35% and above, or KDR 2.4 and above is highlighted yellow as being above ordinary of both his average and expected average.
  23. -Rounds that he got 40% or above accuracy are highlighted in red (entire row)
  24. -Rounds that were statistical anomalies from surrounding rounds had their row highlighted yellow. I added comments detailing what was anomalous about them.
  25.
  26. His gameplay 8 months ago had an average accuracy of 31%, which is on the higher side, but not extraordinarily out of the ordinary.
  27.
  28. He then takes a roughly 5 month break from playing and comes back playing much crappier with an average accuracy of 11.25% for his first 8 rounds (9th is neglected due to no kills). Then he surpasses his previous accuracy with an accuracy of 44% for the round, as well as winning. He then got a37.6% 10 round average accuracy on the following rounds.
  29. So, 5 month break, 8 rounds at all time low (could be expected), then ten round rebound with 6% higher accuracy (31.4 -> 37.6) than he had before his 5 month break. This is a statistcal anomaly.
  30.
  31. As time goes on his accuracy drifts down by 3% (34.4%) over the next 20 rounds, and then it starts rising (to 40% with another 20 rounds, and then 41% with 5 more).
  32. Then he takes a break only from that server (31 matches). When he comes back, his accuracy and KDR plummet for many of the rounds (drops to 20% for 18 rounds). Of those rounds, he was at the top/won 2 of those rounds. This is highly out of the ordinary. A 40% 25 round AVERAGE to a 20% 18 round AVERAGE (accuracy is at or below 20% for 180 rounds) accuracy in an experienced player. There was 31 matches between these two sets, but otherwise, they were consecutive. Then in the next 20 rounds, his accuracy average stays pretty low (22% average), but has 3 rounds that his accuracy spikes (14% higher than average) beyond the typical variance that could be expected in a regular player. He goes from a +38% 50 round averarge accuracy to less than 20% 92 round average accuracy. After those 92 rounds, his 40 round avg. accuracy increase to 23.5%. It drops again and stays between 16% and 24% until just two to 3 weeks ago (row 347). Then he starts winning quite a few more rounds (7 out of 15 once he starts) and his accuracy jumps up from a previous average of 18% to a new 27%. Along with this, at the begining of his winning streak, his accuracy jumps up 16% from the previous round to 45%.
  33. His accuracy is going back up since being banned (and appealed), the last 12 rounds (this last week) is back at 30% average accuracy
  34.
  35. Hockeeyyy, a few rounds are acceptable. These huge jumps in average accuracy, along with a number of anomalous rounds are much less excusable.
  36.
  37. Stat’s summary:
  38. -8 months ago - ~30% accuracy steady - won almost every game
  39. 5 month break.
  40. -3 months ago - 8 rounds of crap (11%) and then rebounds to 37.5% for 50 rounds.
  41. -2 Months ago - people get suspicious and his average accuracy drops to 20% and lower for 180 rounds
  42. - 3 weeks ago - the 180 rounds under 20% ends with another winning streak started with 45% accuracy with an 14 game average of 31%
  43. - up to present - average accuracy has been increasing to stabilize very close to 30%, with his last 52 rounds at a 27% average accuracy.

  46. Second section: Video evidence. (Most evidence requires 0.25 speed to see the detail I am talking about All times listed are 1-2 seconds before the event occurs)

  48. Battlereport for this match: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/873313714703862656/354858177/
  49.
  50. The most major thing that was off for me was the number of shots he fired before he killed the target. Specially for the semi-auto weapons. Only with two of the revolvers he fired more than one shot per kill.
  51. These are all the times he killed someone with the first shot he fires, by catagory of weapon. Semi-Autos: 7 of 10 total kills were the first shot fired (all pistols included, excluding sniper rifles)
  52. -SR338 - 2:01
  53. -Sw40 - 2:07, (2:09 took 2 shots)
  54. -Unica - 9:22 - (9:48 - took 3 shots)
  55. -Deagle - 10:26 - a bit of lag, but another shot to the center for the kill. 10:41 - single shot, single kill
  56. -Rorsh Railgun 11:46 - first shot fired, direct hit. - 13:48 - a headshot on a running target with the railgun.
  57. Autos: 2 with the first shot fired. Aimbot anyone?
  58. -MPX - 3:53 - 3 shots - I can allow this one as just luck, 4:31 - 2-3 shots
  59. -Bulldog - 4:34 - 1st shot headshot - 5:16 - first shot kill
  60. __
  61.
  62. Also for the majority of these kills right as he fires, where he is aiming shifts. Not only does it shift, but it shifts to the dead center mass of the target. If this happened only once or twice, I might be able to dismiss this as a glitch or a twitch shot, but with the number of times it happens, I cannot let it pass.
  63. Here is a list of weapons and times he does it with:
  64. -SR338: 2:01
  65. -Sw40: 2:07, (2:09 not as obvious due to weapon change, but the movement is still there.
  66. -Bulldog - 4:34 - snap to head for headshot - 5:16 - aims reasonably close to the head, but hits head on screen instead of where he was aiming
  67. - CS5 - 6:41 - snaps to center of mass (chest) as it fires. Hits just under the railing. He also can’t hit him not in the center of mass :)
  68. - Unica 9:22 - Harder to tell, but it still looks like a snap to me
  69. - Deagle 10:41 - this time it moves AS it is firing. Juding by the height, it is again to the center
  70. - Rorsh Railgun - 11:46 - right before firing the laser shifts over the target. - 11:48 an even more obvious snap as it fires. Here it snaps ahead of the target with the perfect lead distance to get a headshot, as it fires.
  71. __
  72.
  73. In this video there are a couple of instances where he aims right ahead of a person that is moving, and stops adjusting his aim, but still does not fire.
  74. These are the times I see this occur
  75. -2:40 - sees person, aims right ahead and stops. Then he starts following through
  76. -7:33 - quick aim, no firing. It is not perfectly centered on him, but rather where he was moments before, instead of where he was going to be. - This could be nothing
  77.
  78.
  79.
  80. Next, there are a couple instances where he fires (or attempts to) fire through walls when he knows someone is there, but the center of mass is obstructed.
  81. -5:11 - Bulldog - fires first couple of bursts, then first shot of 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th burst is aimed (through the wall) where the chest would likely be if they were crouched or proned behind the window
  82. -6:41 - CS5 - aims above person above them partially guarded by railing, snap-fires into the railing, at center of mass
  83.
  84. The most bizarre shot is the railgun headshot on a moving target. On this shot he again snapped right before he fired again. However, this snap was not over the target, but rather ahead of the target, with a perfect lead distance for a direct hit. This was at 13:38 time.
  85.
  86. Additional points in time that are interesting, but could easily be contributed to luck or chance on their own.
  87. 5:36 - Fired at with silenced sniper - first place he looks is where the sniper is. How’d he know?
  88. 6:07 - appears to snap directly to a person, but they are almost completely behind cover.
  89. 8:04 - Did he turn and fire at the guy that attempted to knife him or at the guy on the stairwell?
  90. 9:04 - CS5 kill even though he was already being fired on. I did not see the same snap during firing as the others, but it seemed pretty lucky and worth listing here.
  91. 11:40 - a look through the floor where someone probably was getting ready to come up the stairs. Why’d he look down?
  92.
  93.
  94. Summary:
  95. Stats
  96. His stats change beyond the expected variance round to round on occasion
  97. After a 5 month break and just a few terrible rounds that could be expected, he rebounds to several winning rounds with an accuracy from ~10% to 44%.
  98. 2 months ago, after his ~50 rounds with 37-41% average accuracy, he drops to 20% and below average accuracy for ~180 (spreadsheet row 340) rounds
  99. After very many rounds and an average accuracy at 20% or lower, with his ban being lifted, his accuracy is back at 29% (12 round average) close to where it was before he took his 8 month break.
  100. After his successful ban appeal, his accuracy actually increases a bit, to a 50 round average of 27%. Much higher than his over 100 matches at under 20% average accuracy
  101. II. Video evidence (inspect at 0.25 speed)
  102. Almost all of his revolver/pistol kills are on the first shot.
  103. Many of the auto kills are also with the first shot, almost all are within 3 shots.
  104. His revolver kills and second railgun kill snap to center of mass as he fires
  105. Railgun headshot on a moving target with a snap ahead of target as it fires
  106.
  107. Each of these points and kills might be dismissed as luck or glitches, or as circumstantial evidence. However, combined, they provide a preponderance of evidence of OscyJack using an Aimbot.
