You sigh and climb up the stairs until you find a cleaner one where you sit down in the living room. Putting up a piece of paper in the stairwell saying 'In here'.]

  19. [22:05] <@Yvonne> 10[You think you remember someone talking about stars before, it was usually associated with horrorterror's though. You shudder and keep moving, being wary of any pools of water now]
  20. [22:06] <@Yvonne> 10[When you reach the spire you open the door and walk in, looking around the base for a bit before noticing the note. Start heading up the stairs "Hello?"]

  22. [22:11] <@Yvonne> 10[You head over to where she called you, offering them a small smile and a wave. The most noticeable thing about you is that at the moment is that you have an arm that looks almost perfectly made to look normal, except for the fact that there is a small hole in it that is sparking lightly]
  23. [22:13] <@Yvonne> 10[If one looked closely, they could see that there seemed to have been alterations to your eyes as well, the cornea having an odd pattern]
  24. 04[22:14] <Afiqah> 03[You smile back, a bit larger, though that shifts in to concern at the arm. "Nice to meet you in person Yvonne! I, uhm, guess thats the arm that's not acting right?" You ask, gesturing in to the apartment. You're wearing your exploring clothes, cause of all the walking and climbing you have to do on your land.]

  26. [22:20] <@Yvonne> 10[Oh wow, they look like an Indiana Jones type person at this rate. Your clothing looks like it has more of a religious overture, mainly because there's still the indents of crosses removed from the clothing. You offer up your good hand to shake "It's nice to meet you too, and uh, yeaaahh"]
  27. 04[22:22] <Afiqah> 03[Shake it. Not really noticing the indents as you're much more interested in the arm. "What happened to it? Or was it, uhm, wear and tear?" You gesture for them to sit down and you uncaptcha your toolbox. and sit so you can take a closer look at it.]
  28. [22:27] <@Yvonne> 10["Oh well, there's a bit of a problem with its self defence in built stuff. It was a problem we knew about and it was going to be fixed after the first time but, it never really happened because of some emergency things and then the game." There seems to be parts dimly glowing inside with the wiring]
  29. 04[22:29] <Afiqah> 03["Ah." You really want to take a close look at this, trying to peer through the hole isn't giving you much. "Is there a way to open it up so I can take a closer look at the inside? If something is sparking, it's probably just some wiring that needs replacing." You're not sure if you'll have the right type or not, but alchemization can fix that.]
  30. [22:34] <@Yvonne> 10["Oh well, I would say it's wiring but it's uh, something a bit more than that." You nod and start to work on getting the arm open, taking out a small pin before you look over your arm for the right bit]
  31. 04[22:35] <Afiqah> 03["Oh?" You ask, but then think better of it. "I'll, uh, guess I'll see once it's open. Does it work on standard electiricty and mechanical motion or is there something else involved?"]
  32. [22:35] <@Yvonne> 10[Eventually you find the right hole, putting the pin through it. There's a click and you jump lightly as the arm starts to move and click open, splitting the casing off in two]
  33. [22:37] <@Yvonne> 10[The inside seems to be a giant mass of wiring, metal support beams, connecting nodes, a clear blue power pack, but the main odd thing out is that there seems to be some structure built into forearm and fingers that don't seem to serve a concrete purpose]
  34. 04[22:41] <Afiqah> 03["Certainly complicated enough to replace an arm." You say quietly to yourself. Taking paticular interest in the power source and the unknown structure. Also trying to find where it's malfunctioning.]
  35. [22:42] <@Yvonne> 10[There doesn't really seem to be a malfunction, except that around the unknown structure there's some smouldering burnt wires. "That's the defence thing, I've been having problems with it" the power source keeps on glowing lightly, doing its job]
  36. 04[22:47] <Afiqah> 03["What does it do exactly? I haven't seen something like it before." You pull out a camera and ask if you can take a picture of it for refrence if you have to replace the wires.]
  37. [22:55] <@Yvonne> 10["Well, basically in the event of high stress or damage to the arm, this wire" lightly tap a purple one "sends a signal from my spine to the arm. Then this" point at the weird structure "Sends off a pulse of energy by over charging the battery"]
  38. [22:58] <@Yvonne> 10["It's technically also a back up structure if the battery overheats for some reason, gets rid of excess energy but the problem is that /this/ wire" tap another purple one "that sends the signal is messed up somehow. So during normal high stress moments it'll um"]
  39. [22:58] <@Yvonne> 10["Shoot a blast of energy through my arm"]
  40. 04[23:04] <Afiqah> 03["Oh. Hmm." Frown and study the contraption. "Well, I can certainly check the wire to see if it's damaged somewhere." Start following each of the purple wires up from the contration through the arm. Glad you've got small hands, the entire arm seems tight for space. "If not, could try increasing the stress tolerance before automatic activation? Or it, uhm, might be something with the battery producing more energy than needed." Lot of things could be going wrong.]
  41. [23:08] <@Yvonne> 10["Right, the thing before was we thought that because I was growing up a bit still, that they would need to adjust the stress levels cause of um, brain stuff" make hand motions at your head "The usually things"]
  42. [23:09] <@Yvonne> 10["Plus there had to be the usual adjustment to size"]
  43. [23:09] <@Yvonne> 10["Different power levels, fixing the edges for the shoulders, I could fix the manual stuff but all the technical stuff is um, I can't read it"]

Trace the wire all the way up to the arm and finding nothing notably wrong you head back down to the defense mechanism. "In fact I'd want to before I, uh, do anything with it."]
