 Mike while haven't really noticed many of the things going on around him. The teen had always been carefree, and kind of detached from reality. He moved  from day to day, watching the world around him as it unfolded before him.

Sometimes he would see something someone had and he would try to  recreate it. The sub-space energy he manifested seemed to alter reality in some regards, most notably when he would create things. Through out his life he had create Fruits, similarly to how the plant people did.  An Odd plant had taught him it or so the plantian had thought.

When teaching Mike, the child hadn't understood how plants worked. Seeing this fruit just appear he had come to believe that if you wanted a fruit, you had to focus your energy and a fruit would appear. He'd done just that. Following the beings instructions and unlike them they hadn't had to rid a piece of themselves to grow the fruit. It just popped out of the ground having a single blue apple on the odd plant.

This manipulation over reality through belief how ever was mainly used through his creations. Case and point being the weights he made. He had come to believe that blue rocks just made things heavier, so tying them together made the perfect weights.

This was just one of his many inventions that kind of only seemed to work in his hands. The teen continued to study the world around him. Understanding things in his own way. He learned about augmentations by putting metal and other things onto a person's body. How did it work, quiet simply the metal had tiny blue wires inside of it, that's what made it all work.

He had demonstrated this by making some metal like arm sleeves with tiny blue wires in the metal. Upon putting them on his arms he got stronger just like they were suppose to make him. And thus he considered himself a brilliant creator
