What do you already know about your communication style and skills?
I know that my communication style and skills need a lot of work. The overall concept of communicating
effectively is not the issue. I have an issue of not communicating enough when I am not sure of what I am talking about.
I need to understand that everyone is learning new material and I can't be afraid to speak up when necessary.
I know that the more I prepare ahead of time, the more I am able to speak and communicate effectively.
What did you learn while reading this?
I learned that I have a fixed mindset on certain things and a growth mindset in most things. I understand the value of
embracing new challenges and how rewarding it is when you perservere in the face of adversity
What techniques or tips are you looking forward to trying during the bootcamp?
I definitely want to use the tips on giving and receiving feedback. I also want to strive to have great communication in every session.
