Well, the players will receive the same investigation that you also received - We're treating everyone equally, that's our aim here.

Now actually, the notification thingy is commonly misunderstood. You don't get a notification every time someone you've reported gets banned. It just happens occasionally, every once in a while.

Why not always? Well, we like to keep its impact more significant, basically. It's not that intuitive though, so I get how you'd get it wrong. It's not the best logic ever, I'll give you that :))

But in short, just because you don't receive one does not mean the player didn't get penalized! :D

I'm not super sure what you're referring to regarding the ban strikes - We do investigations as they appear, so they're being done constantly - A thing to keep in mind is that there's obviously nothing "personal" or related when it comes to your situation :)

Something I'd like to add is that yes, you are right. Words seem to be banned more than actions.

Well, I know it might seem like we ignore them. Honestly now, it's totally false!

Truth be told, it does takes us longer to track down soft inters and trolls compared to some simple chat logs - That's why it can appear as if we don't care about them - We do know it's something that can ruin a game, it's just that the process does take longer and thus, some might even get away with it for a short while. Nevertheless, we'd have no reason to keep them in-game, and sooner or later, they'll get what they deserve :D

Now, I know that we don't have the best matchmaking. What I would like you to know is the fact that we are trying to make it better and to improve the community, but it does take time! Stick with us :3
