Dupe Escape Ropes.  Your items should look like this when you dupe:

After Missingno x2, go to the Psychic guys house.
Swap Coin Case with Escape Rope
Toss top item 5 times.  Dry underflow (yes, escape ropes are in slot 5 not slot 3.  process is the same)
Once underflow is achieved:
Toss top item 8 times
Swap slot 2 Escape Rope with TID Master Balls
Toss options for IT
Swap Brightness Ultra Ball for Warping and toss 29
Leave to go to m2 cave

In m2 cave, walk 1 up 1 right.  If you get an encounter you can try to run, or catch it
Open your menu.  2 slots above warping should be Repel x23.  Toss 10
Catch mewtwo with the Master balls in your inventory
After catching mewtwo, swap it to the front and escape rope out (any slot)

Walk to the guard house between Saffron and Celadon
Walk to the tile 1 right of the doormat on the bottom left
Swap Escape Rope (slot 1) with the FIRST cancel in Rival name.  Should be x[]5
Scroll down to warping and toss 17 to have 1 left
Walk out the bottom left door

Walk to a place where you can JACK into Viridian gym and open your menu
Scroll down a little to find TM36.  Teach it over Barrier/Recover
JACK (scroll up to rival name) into the gym
In the gym, move 1 right and open your menu
Scroll down until you see HM04
Swap HM04 with Max Potion below
Swap HM04 with Master Ball below
Talk to gio.  Psychic x5

Open your menu and scroll down
Swap j in rival name with Master Ball further down (between HM04 and Max Potion)
Swap j with HM04.  Toss all but 8
Swap HM04 with Max potion
Walk 1 left 1 down

Walk to the tile to the left of the gym door and face left or down (so you can jack into the door without going on the tile in front of it) and open your menu
Scroll down to the TP item (4yysomethingorother)
Swap that with the money slot (above TM26 in rival name)
JACK into the gym
Inside, open your menu
Swap brightness Ultra Ball with Full Restore x1 a few slots down.  Toss 2
Walk up to Blaine.  Psychic x3 and BOOM
Escape rope out

Walk 3 tiles left.  Face left
Scroll down to money.  Use 2 candies (1 if good attack)
Use JACK in rival name
Use Ether in rival name on Psychic
Use Bicycle a bit further down
Swag bike into Saffron gym
JACK to Sabrina.  Swift x2, Psychic, Swift
JACK out to the door
Warp to fuschia (toss 3 master ball)

Walk to gym.  JACK to Koga.  Psychic x4
JACK out to the door.  Walk to the house to the right of the gym
Swap JACK in rival name with warping and exit to enter Erika's gym

Walk to where you can JACK to Erika.  Scroll down to roaming and toss to go to the top of the inventory
JACK to Erika.  Swift x3
Walk to the door.  Toss to 5 warping (3 click item in the way).  Index change to 3.  Warp to Vermilion

Enter the gym.  JACK to surge (toss the index item to go to the top of your inventory).  Swift x3
JACK to door.  Swap Money with j in rival name.  Toss to 3 warping.  Warp to cerulean

Walk up the left or right side of the gym.  Surfboard (2 items down from warping looks like ?????) to Misty.  Swift x2
Walk out.  Go to the Pokemon Center.  Toss to 2 warping.  Warp to Pewter

Walk in, kill Brock.  Swift x2.  Warp to HoF (TMs in Rival, toss 9)
