Comfy mining town in the mountainous valleys of Wrath's equivalent of the Rockies, a luxurious beach resort for the hyper rich in Greed or a maximum security prison fortress meant for the political enemies of the nobility located in Sloth, where even being there drains you of your will to live.

Hope we see other hell locations and not just Imp/Pentagram city.

Maybe an abandoned ghost town where Hell's armies were stationed when they still actively patrolled Pride, after the influx of sinners increased to the point where it was necessary, but before Lucifer called them off and left them to their devices.
Could be like one of the many abandoned Soviet army bases (specifically the ones built for the officers and their families) you'd find across Eastern Europe.

Pripyat.

Just straight up pripyat as it appears in stalker.

It somehow appeared in hell and once word got out about the anomalies it stays a ghost town permanently with even heaven doing all it can to prevent the zone from expanding.

Joking aside, the pripyat in question is the one from the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Game series.

So yeah. Not a good place to explore in let alone be there for Longer than you want to be.

Yes this also gives you an in to have metro make a cameo, if not mentions of the dark ones, or out right appearances by them, then the weapons seen in the metro series.

I still bet that there would be sinners/hellspawn more than willing to do it though. Considering the life expectancy of the average stalker there would be a lot of them in hell who would be happy to continue their previous occupation.

Yup, so much so that's how i.m.p gets alot of the gear they can't pay for either via blizø's affair with stolas or by just normal buying stuff. Off the stalkers.
