- Alistar: PURE BUFF, god I hate his ult so much.
- MATH: 50/60/70 > 55/65/75
- actually a significant change, it goes from 50/40/30% damage taken to 45/35/25 which is
- (50-45)/50 = 10% less damage
- (40-35)/40 = 12.5% less damage
- (30-25)/30 = 16.6% less damage
- Cait: PURE NERF, great change without ruining identity.
- 4% to 2% is 36% base attack speed less at level 18, a significant nerf, approximately 1 entire statik shiv of aspd at 18
- Chogath: PURE BUFF, step in right direction, minus the W change remaining. The delay hurts him VERY bad.
- Q less mana = pure buff, -5 damage at level 5 because someone messed up the math when he was originally made LMAO.
- W higher silence at lower levels = pure buff
- E is now an active, not toggle, and got a damage buff + slow buff + range buff for AAs, and AA reset. Significant.
- Diana: PURE BUFF, slightly strange though not sure it addresses her real problems
- Passive: gives mana back, and more aspd but only on spellcasts
- Q: CD buff early game, not too significant aside from helping CS in tough lanes
- W: Mana buff, very good.
- E: huge aspd when leveled
- Fiora: PURE NERF, step in the right direction, but doesn't address her insane dueling potential
- Passive: less movespeed on vital proc
- Ult: no move speed passive
- Garen: PURE BUFF, Garen's fallen out so it's nice to see him getting some love.
- Passive: now only scales at level 11, but gives greatly increased regen below 25/50% HP, timer is better for level 11,
- but at 16 does not get buffed again. Overall significant buff
- W: Huge buff, where burst/CC is highly mitigated if used properly
- E: Tiny buff, # spins scales with level, so E buff scales from 10% total extra damage, to 20% total extra damage
- Ivern: PURE NERF, W range cut in half, god bless.
- W: 1600 > 800 range, way less vision control now
- Rammus: PURE BUFF, Tbh I feel he's effective as it is, just different, so not too necessary.
- W: Self slows a lot less, and actually increases IBG size
- Singed: PURE BUFF, not sure how much I'm going to enjoy playing against Singed now LUL
- Passive: now gives move speed from being near champs, no more mana > hp passive, but they offset that with base stats.
- Q: lower base, higher ratio (equals out at level 9 with 100 ap, and is higher at any point beyond there)
- lost some hidden power due to bugfix/particle fix. Good change.
- W: less mana, higher CDs til maxed, and is now a grounding ability. Probably OP now in teamfights.
- E: less mana
- R: slightly higher stats, less mana
- Taric: PURE BUFF, more heals and more stuns, smaller stun timer though
- Q: from 3 charges to 1 > 5, which is huge in teamfights (while giving 1 stack per passive auto), his "gate" for spamming
- heals is now mana, rather than charges.
- E: higher base damage, lower CDs over-all (at max) but worse duration over-all (less effective late). Higher early game
- Yorick: PURE BUFF, minion QoL buffs
- Passive: minions are more responsive with autos, with higher range allowing more movement.
- R: Far lower CD and higher HP by 1k at 16.
- Thornmail: minor rework, overall buff
- Now counters every aspect of AA based champs except crit, with slightly lowered armor and increased cost. Great late item.
- Coin: minor buff, more MS for teammates
- Randuins: 2 minor buffs, build path and +50 max hp
- Lethality items:
- Dirk: better passive, no MS
- Poacher's: same
- Duskblade: -350 gold, +3 lethal, -10 AD, gives 10% CDR, better build path, no MS, huge slow, 1 more second for proc, ++damage vs squish, -- damage vs tank
- Youmuus: +20 MS ooc, +3 lethal, -5 AD. Overall good buff.
- EoN: +3 lethal, +250 hp, -35 mr, no move speed, shit tier item.
