  1. ((Based off of Percy Jackson, Nyo!CanadaxAnyone. Your character can be descended from anyone! Britain would be awesome, but anyone's fine))

  3. Growing up, Autumn never knew that she was the daughter of a goddess, that she was actually a part of the Greek mythology she looked up to and adored. Before she had even been a year old, her father had died in a car wreck, never able to tell her of her lineage. So the blonde was unaware of who exactly her mother had been, that the odd feelings she got sometimes in life weren’t just a part of being an orphan. That she wasn’t just dreaming when she felt that she had some sort of strength inside of her.

  5. When she had been fifteen, her life changed as she came upon the knowledge of who her mother was. Not that she had found out in a pleasant way, rather stumbling on the fact when she nearly lost her life. She had been walking home from school, taking the long way back as the orphanage wasn’t really her favorite place in the world, when there had been a sound in the brush. Looking over, she had screamed as she was tackled--by a minotaur, she was later told. But she was terrified, alone in a woodsy path and afraid she was going to be torn to shreds. As it raked her claws into her stomach, blinding her with pain, she was then saved by someone like her. A demigod.

  7. It had taken a while before she had healed enough to be back on her feet, even with the fancy medicine they had. She was left with a nasty scar on her abdomen but never really focused on it, too caught up in learning about why she was now to be a part of Divine Descendants Academy (or Divine Academy for those who weren’t a member of it). At first, she had been excited, the tomboy hoping desperately that she was a child of Athena, the goddess of war and strategy. It would explain her odd habits, how she was so good at persuading people--but then she learned that she was, in fact, the daughter of Aphrodite and that all the times she thought she had been good with her words was merely her charm, a power from her mother. It had taken a few days before she had gotten over that blow.

  9. Two years had flown by since she had joined the school, enjoying the peaceful lifestyle and the friends she made. Autumn was surprised by how easily she got along with her half-siblings, at first worried that they would be too much for her tastes. While her tomboyishness never faded, she did get along with her siblings who embraced being a descendant of the goddess of love and fertility. Classes were fun, the blonde enjoying the mix between regular academics and the intensive courses such as wall-climbing with perilous obstacles or learning how to channel her charm during the private tutor sessions.

  11. At the moment, she sat under one of the trees in the courtyard, snacking on an apple and enjoying the warmth of the sun on her face. Sometimes, her half-siblings would convince her to wear things more flattering to her figure and she had agreed for once because it was hot out, wearing shorts and a partially unbuttoned flannel, legs crossed as she relaxed in the peace and quiet. When someone sat next to her, she opened her eyes and looked over, giving a small smile. “Hey.”
