The following message was sent: I've been out and about in Dawn for 3 days waiting for the collar to fall off. The person who did it (Cho/Bei) never tried to recharge it or made any mention of it

The following message was sent: Heck, I even went as far as to ask Arthur's player if Bei had made any mention of the collar not recharging. THEY'RE saying it's bugged because one of the players, Plook, dislikes me. It wasn't bugged, they just never tried to recharge it. I also did RP leaving. I wasn't around them at the time since it wasn't a break out. I literally just strolled out of Dawn since I was free to go around and do what I wanted anyway (inside of Dawn)
