COVID-19 Updates in ASL

The Business Engagement Team is visiting small businesses countywide to talk to owners, managers, and workers about COVID-19 risk reduction. Their mission is to increase awareness of: the current Public Health Order, how to submit and follow the Social Distancing Protocol, what to do if an employee tests positive for COVID-19, and the resources available to businesses and their workers. Created by Cindy Chavez, President of the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors, and launched in August 2020, the Business Engagement Team has 24 Community Outreach Workers who use an education-first approach and are ready to help! The Business Engagement Team is strictly educational and will never issue notices or fines. If they visit your business, you can ask them for their name, their employer, and to see their badge to verify their affiliation with the Business Engagement Team.
