IS Vol 11 Summary

Prologue, a British-made and Phantom Task-controlled kill-sat by the name of Excalibur (somehow represented by a little girl, a CORE?) went awry and disengaged from orbit.

Chapter 0, we have student council (mainly just Ichika, Nohohon, Kanzashi and Tatenashi) celebrating the coming of Christmas--with junk food and anime.

Chapter 1 (Kanji title reads: Knights of the Round Table; Katakana title reads: Knight of Rounds).
*Dec 4th, Shiny (that white cat left behind by Italian Brunhilde II) ran into the bathroom where Cecilia was bathing.
*Cecilia is attracted to a theme park in Yokohama.
*OFFICIAL CHARACTER BIO UPDATE (1): Cecilia celebrates Christmas Eve with her birthday.
*Weekend arrives, Cecilia and Ichika were D.A.T.I.N.G. in that theme park...not without a tail of jealous fellow haremettes, of course.
*The just usual theme park rides, you know, haunted houses, ferris wheels, etc, with snack food in the form of baguettes.
*OFFICIAL CHARACTER BIO UPDATE (2): Haunted houses and Tatenashi don't mix.
*Rin forgot her purse (wait how did she even go in? By IS?)
*Then, out of the blue, ROGUE KILL-SAT LASER ATTACK!
*Chelsea Blackett, Cecilia's maid, (first appearance Chapter 1, Vol 4) to the rescue, in that MkIII BT System IS unit called "Dive To Blue" and apparently...TAUNTED her mistress?.

Chapter 2 (Both titles read: Over the Rainbow)
*The gang+Chifuyu+Yamada are on a plane trip to Britain.
*They were attacked by a Russian chick piloting Mysterious Lady's prototype IS, and hint hint, she's the one who lost the representative qualification to Tatenashi
*Tatenashi stays behind to cover, the rest readied ISes and landed in Germany
*Gang splits up, Yamada+Rin+Houki+Cecilia stays in Germany, the rest goes to France.
*Clarissa, Laura's 2IC, fights Yamada in her IS, Schwarzer Zweig, now FINALLY depicted in picture-first mentioned in Vol 6, made to compensate Schwarzer Regen's weaknesses) in a training session, illustration depicts intense fight with Yamada still SMILING.
*Yamada's IS got damaged, so a squad of Black Rabbit EOS (non-IS armored suit first introduced in Vol 8) was assigned to protect her. Illustration for that, too.
*Ichika's group went to France by train, Charlotte won right to sleep with Ichika--in a bunk, no less.
*Concerned with her meeting with her father, Charlotte was reassured by Ichika that everything will be all right.
*OFFICIAL CHARACTER BIO UPDATE (3): Charlotte's father is called Albert Dunois.
*He puts Charlotte in IS Academy to stop the rest of the Dunois family and the corporate from persecuting her. Good father.
*Ichika gets miffed by that and the cold shoulder he presents to Charlotte, cue man-to-man punch out.
*Monsieur Dunois asks Charlotte to duke it out with a 3rd Gen IS called Cosmos in order to test it out.
*Turns out the 3rd Gen is called "Cosmos"...after the fave flower of Charlotte's mom
*Turns out Cosmos was jacked by Autumn of Phantom Task but still, she got her ass kicked by Charlotte!
*Cosmos and Rafale Revive had sth called "Resonance Effect" and...wait for it...merged into a new IS known as Rein Carnation
*Meanwhile, Laura dukes it out with her "sister", Chloe Chronicle, who mentioned that there was a THIRD sister who was uncompleted.
*Apparently Monsieur Dunois' legal wife Rozenta is infertile,
*Dunois' had a butler called James
*Autumn is being interrogated by Chifuyu

Chapter 3 (Kanji title reads: The Sword of Glory Wreathed in Gold; Katakana title reads: Excalibur).
*Now in Britain the two groups met
*Tabane appears, and is now officially with Phantom Task. Rare for someone who apparently cares only about those she love, TALKED to Cecilia.
*And so did Hikaruno Kagaribi (that female scientist from Vol 8).
*Apparently, this time, our heroes are JOINING FORCES with Phantom Task (!!!).
*Hikaruno introduced them to the OVERS system (Output Variable Energy Reverse System), which serves as a power booster for IS units, only to be dissed by Tabane as "a poor attempt to copy Akatsubaki", and guess what...she's RIGHT! Hikaruno IS trying to mass-produce next-gen IS (first mentioned in Volume 8).
*Tasks for each one: Houki, Rin and Laura as core operatives, Ichika and Cecilia are on side missions, Kanzashi and Yamada-sensei as backups, and Tatenashi and Charlotte, who is still insecure about how well her new IS performs are ground crew.
*Ichika and Cecilia hunts down Chelsea
*Cecilia and Chelsea duke it out with rapiers...illustration of Cecilia stripping down to her undies so she moves easier.
*MAJOR PLOT REVEAL by Chelsea. Excalibur is NOT JUST a top-secret joint product kill-sat of UK and US, but also a biological IS (concept first mentioned in Volume 8 by Chifuyu, believing Chloe Chronicle is one) manned/powered by her unpersoned sister, Exia Caliburn. Despite that she's jacked BT Unit MkIII and became associated with Phantom Task, she's NOT giving up on her country or her sister.
*Madoka arrives in her Black Knight (previously Silent Zephyrus, aka BT Unit MkII), and the three BT-equipped IS units dish it out.
*Cecilia receives new equipment: extra-long-range particle cannon "Afternoon Blue".
*Ichika, Houki, Rin and Laura flies towards the edge of stratosphere with their OVERS units to apprehend Excalibur.
*Ichika got a direct blast from Excalibur's death ray, and...???

Chapter 4 (Kanji title reads: Shoot It Out Of The Blue Sky; Katakana title reads: Blue Tears).
*Tabane disappears again, but not without previously suggesting Ichika and Cecilia to enjoy a tour of London and saying something about "needing a sacrifice" to revive Kurezakura, Chifuyu's IS.
*Back in space, the others dive after Ichika but Excalibur intervenes, forcing them to fight
*Ichika wakes up in pure whiteness with a voice saying "wake up" in his ears.
*GRANDOISE REVIVAL: he comes back to life with Byakushiki shifting into THIRD SHIFT: White Tail!
*Gains new One-off Ability too: Yuunagi Touya, which forciably re-formats any IS into its default settings. Its viral taint removed, Excalibur returns to normal.
*Now that the joint mission is over, Madoka tries to get medieval on Chelsea and Cecilia, only to be stopped by Tatenashi. Then AGAIN, she forced to retreat on Squall's order.
*THE BIG DAY! Dec 24th, our British ojou-sama's GRAND birthday party! Happy B'day, now-16-year-old birthday girl!
*Color illustration of girls in fancy dresses with Cecilia being center of attention.
*Ichika hugs Cecilia...only to be discovered by Houki, who looks SHOCKED. (Illustration)

Epilogue (Kanji title reads: Fairy Tale for a White Tail; Katakana title reads: Tales of White Tail).
*Tabane, with Chloe by her side sees Houki with a pair of opera glasses, and adds "ooh better kill that boy".
*Apparently, the kill-sat run-amok, the joint operation with PT, and the awakening of Akatsubaki are all JUST AS SHE THOUGHT.
*ANOTHER MAJOR PLOT REVEAL from Chelsea, the maid: Cecilia's parents, in order to help Exia (now officially Exia Blackett)who was born with a serious heart condition, secretly acquired an IS core and installed it into her body (in an attempt to make her a future right arm for Cecilia), and such practice is PROHIBITED by international regulations
*Moreover, the core was acquired from Phantom Task and the action itself is considered treason, so the couple died not from a train accident, but DISGUISED EXECUTION.
*When asked by Chifuyu however he survived, Ichika said something like "someone in a pure-white IS helped me".

Afterwords: Next volume is called "Seven Princesses: Red Carmelita (read: Akatsubaki) Awakens".
