  2. today I will be making and eating a ginger pork donburi (bowl)
  3. have a 1.5 teaspoons of grated ginger
  4. 2.5 tablespoons of soy sauce
  5. 1.5 tablespoons of sake
  6. and 1.5 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  7. and some sesame oil
  8. it turns out like this
  9. and cut the pork to a size you feel comfortable eating
  10. and we will fry the pork
  11. once you get a good color or caramelization on the pork you toss in the sauce mix and reduce the mixture down
  12. its done
  13. today I have rice already made and on top of it I will add shredded cabbage
  14. on top of that I will add the pork shogayaki
  15. Voila its done! it looks delicious. I can't wait to dig in
  16. it looks delish. it turned out to be 3.5kg and subtracting the weight of the bowl it is 2.6 kg

  18. mmmm this ginger pork shogayaki and rice go so well together and the dry seaweed (the black squares) is delicious

  22. the rice to meat ratio is a bit off there's not enough... :(

  25. I kind of ran out of meat towards the end but I had enough sauce so I managed to get through
  26. it was absolutely delish. pork Shogayaki goes so well with rice. this dish is easy to make so please everyone make this at home as well
