An allie

[12:45:13] After along time, the young adult would finally return to New Alteros, he wasn't far away from his goal, the young would just try to avoid the Yokais, he knew how powerfull some of thoose creatures can be if evolved.

Near to the city, the young was covering his face with his black hood, his cloak managed to cover his whole body, and was clearly larget than him, the boy would see another of thoose beasts, but this time he had no stupid exorcist to make that situation worse than it was.

He wasn't afraid of anything, just wanted to keep not having to fight, analyzing that "kaor" and finding out about what theese things are capable off was the best option, maybe he could just dialogue, or maybe not.

The young would just glance at it, it was huge, way larget than the last one he saw months ago with the stupid exorcists, but this time, Kariya thinks that everything will be okay...

-Greetings... I think i don't know you, that's pretty interesting... what such an impressive creature is doing here? I tought such powerfull beings should be at the deepest depths of this forest...

[12:54:36] "Only those who fear the magi hide within the depths of the forest." he replies, his telepathic voice echoing within the mind of Kariya, seeming to resonate within her body. The power radiating off the yokai alone was enough to make the very air thrum with power, and his voice was surprisingly smooth and calm...

"Tell me, mortal. Do you know anything about the power to absorb mana? Or perhaps the material known as Mythril? Or are you skilled in enchanting? Runewriting? Know anyone who is?" he asked a stream of questions one after the other, determined to collect useful information, although this time he added yet ANOTHER to his already long list. "And do you know anything of Dragon's Peak?"

[13:02:17] Would slowly bring his hands to his hood, taking it, the young would rise his head to gaze at that beast, all the questions were pretty interesting, and all that was being pretty fine... atleast for now.

-The power to absorb mana, i am sorry, but i think i won't be able to help you at it, also, i know nothing about Mythrill, enchanting... i know someone, it's an alchemist, i can give you his name if you're interested... also... if you don't mind i also have a question for you.

The young would cross his arms, showing his face, he wasn't afraid of anything, of course he would to risk, even if it's a little bit, he needed to show that he wasn't afraid and that he would trust the Yokai, atleast that's what he thinks.

[13:08:16] "My name, magi, is Kurokiri." he states, leaning down some and lowering his hover height so he was staring down at Kariya's now revealed face... not that that mattered. Yokai used mana to sense others, and the unique mana presence of each being was what he used to detect and recognize others... as did most yokai.

"Tell me this alchemist's name then." he states, not seemingly too interested in much else. "Then I shall answer a question." He adds, more than willing to answer questions if it got him the information he needed. The yokai simply didn't care much about anything, unless it was directly involved with his plans, or involved having the magi in question join him as an ally... which was technically involved in his plans.

Either way, he was waiting, and clearly impatient now that something he wanted was being dangled before him. "Do not waste my time, or it won't end well. If you aid me however, you will be rewarded quite handsomely."

[13:15:56] Kariya would glance to the Kaor getting closer, with a soft smile, he would take a deep breath before lending his right finger to his lip, he was trying to remember his name, wich wasn't something that he could do so easily, they were like "friends", but it's not as if he would remember his best friend's name...

-Rudolfus... Nenshu. Last time is saw him was at Stinnox cave, he was with a man, Silas i think it's how he is called... he is an Alchemist, but i'm not pretty sure if he is skilled or not, he seems to understand about thoose things. I know him, i can help if you need anything, i don't mind.

After saying, the young adult would simply cross his arms, covering his body with his black cloak, unconsiouslly hidding himself, he was a little bit embarased to ask about that, but since the Kaor asked him about a technique, why wouldn't him ask him about another one too?

-You asked me about the "power to absorb mana", so i supose i could ask you about a technique as well? I won't get in details, i'm just searching for a knowledge that would help me to improve my speed to a point that i could finally call it as "perfect", like moving as fast as real thunder... fast that i could move so fast that even't the eyes of a magi could be able to see me. That's everything i ask for, and i can bring you to him.

[13:25:20] Rudolfus Nenshu.... an alchemist in the Sarab. Part of Le Hooded perhaps? He hoped so, since they had already reached out to him to try and ask his aid once before. He had yet to hear from them since though... "You want to improve your speed to the point where you can not be seen by normal eyes...? An interesting concept..." the yokai closed his eyes for a moment, raising his head up again as if lost in thought.

"I do not know of such a technique.... but as a magi once taught me, Magic can accomplish anything, if used correctly... I could look into such a thing." he opens his eyes once more, and quite calmly gazed down upon Kariya.

"However... I am looking for allies. People who will remain loyal and aid my rise to Imperfection, and whatever follows. If you will join my side, as my first loyal ally, then know this. I strive to aid my allies grow in strength just as much as I do. A group is only as strong as the weakest soldier, after all. If you join me, I will seek ways to help you find what you are looking for, in return for you aiding me finding what I am looking for."

[13:33:52] The young man would say nothing, would do nothing... it was almost as if Kariya was chocked, but he wasn't, the young was thinking, lots of ideas comming to his mind, lots of plans... everything was going fine, assosiation with demons... all that could be good... atleast if he keept that in secret.

Taking his blade out of his back, the young would point near to what he belief to be the creature's "heart" he wouldn't put it much closer, he wouldn't want to scare the beast or anything like that...

-I know some people at Cinderfall, i'm kinda "infiltrated", i know many from there, i think we could help each other, i just don't want to be known for now, i will help you in your plans if you help me in mine... if you want to achieve 'imperfection', then you will.

[13:41:32] As that sword was drawn, and pointed towards his 'heart', which would be the thrumming crystal core hidden beneath a stone lock of sorts, the yokai would frown slightly. His aura would flare briefly, and a blast of Ether would flicked from his hand, the yokai barely moving before a powerful blast of magic would smack the sword down into the ground. Even if Kariya's grip held, the blade was be stuck into the earth, and the sudden force would shock their arm.

"Don't point your weapon at me unless you want to see your arm removed from your shoulder." he states, a brief coldness to his tone before it returned to the calmer version. He wasn't threatened, but he didn't like anyone that would be allied to him getting too comfortable with him being 'lenient'.

"I am a helpful ally, not a relaxed one. If you will aid me, I will aid you. That is all there is to it." he crosses his arms, and closes his eyes once more, thinking... he had heard very little about Cinderfall, but as it were.... hmmm....

"I will research into ways to increase your speed, but you will need to do two things for me. The first, you will need to tell me what your magical abilities are, so I know what I have to work with. Second, you must tell me anything notable about Cinderfall.... be it materials, weapons of power, enchantments..."

"Once I am sure you are worthy to gain my power, I will enhance your abilities. As you grow under my watch, I will ask more and more of you. Do be ready for this."

[13:50:56] Would simply allow his blade to go to the floor, he wouldn't just let it go to far away, just... allow it to stuck on earth.

-Hm... i am a swordsman, a Vritra user, lightning adept magi, and a Drakanite, i won't change my aura for the half-shift, also, my height sometimes was usefull, i think i can use it as an advantage in some battles because of the speed.

He would say grabbing his blade and put back at it's sheath once again, with a sigh he would cross his arms, he was getting the Kaor's personality slowly, and soon that'd be really usefull for him to know, it seems that the Yokai would help him, but it's not as if he could "be friends" with it, atleast not now.

-Cinderfall... they're all close minded, they think that Yokai are demons and are always slaying them, they are in war against New Alteros and most of them believe in this "Kraus" one, who i particulary do not care about.

He would just wait for the beast's answer, he seemed to be real serious now, finally he tought that someone more experienced than Brom would help him, atleast.

[13:56:54] "A war with New Alteros... interesting. And Krausites... How annoying. Perhaps we could give them a helping hand. I have one... associate who wants me to kill as many Krausites as possible, so this would be an interesting turn of events." he smiles wickedly, and begins to turn away.

"I will do research about your questions, and when I return, I will have a new task of you. I will send you a lesser with a letter to you at that time."

And with that, the Kaor began to float away, listening if they replied, but not responding in turn.

[14:02:01] A sigh would come after Kariya seeing the beast to leave, everything was perfectly fine, slowly, everything he planned was slowly taking shape, soon he would have his technique... finally he fount a purpose, to help that Kaor... maybe? It would be enough for him atleast for now... but what will happen when he get tired of it?

For now... everything that matters is to move on... the young adult would take a deep breath... and head back to Nostvale, maybe Wychwood... his goal was still undefined, so... he would go to where the wind manage to guide him.
