It's powerful sentiment too. I mean, I think, through my research and kind of time as well as on a operational side, the one thing I've always recognized and we have seen, I've seen in my research for high-performing organizations, organizations that are able to focus on and sustain their efforts, is something you said very, very specifically is that we're never going to really be there. I think it's a lot of times the places that think they got there that never quite ever do, and the folks that are in this constant journey, this constant effort to achieve what they believe is important, are going to be on sort of this never-ending journey which kind of is both tiring and invigorating at the same time, and so it does help to bear out, I think, this relationship that you all have, this opportunity to work together linking executive leadership and your focus strategically to drive outcomes.
