I then asked him how to globally promote, and he took me in-game because he had to fully remember and just tell me while we were in game on how to do it (I had just misunderstood before, apparently) and we did discuss the promotions a bit, but you are honestly accusing me of influencing him or some shit?

Tomorrow or Sunday, I am going to be doing promotions (and a demotion) for staff.
But I want your input on the high council (cuz Luna thinks you should give input)
Demotion for Blank (due to inactivity) and promoting Krimson and Olivia

Now before you rant on how Olivia will have too much influence, after the past few months, the chance of her doing anything against THAB without a good reason seems low.
I am biased about Olivia a bit, yes, but I really dont think it would be harmful to promote her as well as Krimson (who is a fine man).
I mean if something goes wrong, demotions are a thing
