- Sugarboy returned to his cauldron, refreshed and rejuvenated from his last attempt.
- "Okay, clearly sludge is not the answer here.. Let's try Sugarcaps then!" The cauldron lit, water added, two parts of glowing mushroom and sugarcap mushrooms would be added. It was almost similar to an energy booster, but no lightning crystals were added. Surely this would yield results!
- Three of each wind and water crystal would be added, crushed and stirred in, the blonde would utter a prayer, "Oh spirit of the Sugarcap Mushroom who blesses this house, please grant me the knowledge of how to breathe under water!" Third attempt, the brew was ready, only one last thing to do.. Bottoms up!

- Sugarboy rolled a dice and it landed on: 4
- Sugarboy asks, "Hmm.. No result.. Maybe if I add scales?"
- Sugarboy rolled a dice and it landed on: 6
- The third brew yielded no discernible reaction. There was still plenty left in the cauldron for one more test. Perhaps he needed something more fishy to grant the properties he was looking for? Scales would be added to the concoction and stirred until it was thoroughly dissolved, and the blonde would take a shot of the new brew.
- He'd inhale and find no relief, he was gasping for air. His eyes went wide with excitement as he conjured a ball of water around his head. Sugarboy would take a large gulp and find he could breathe perfectly fine! He threw his arms up victoriously, shouting words of success, but all that would be heard was "glub glub glub" it was probably something along the lines of "Sugarcap Spirit be praised!"
- He'd quickly jot the recipe down into a notebook.
- Water Breathing Potion:
- 2x Glowing Mushrooms
- 2x Sugarcap Mushrooms
- 3x Water Crystal
- 3x Wind Crystal
- 1x Scale
- He'd sit outside his house and watch as the sun moved across the sky, a loose method of judging how long the spell lasted. He would add his assessment to the journal.
- Estimated duration: eight hours.
- He'd begin brewing more and would be excited to bring his results to the chieftains. They were finally ready to go on their quest.
