“Tails, look out!” Sonic yelled, tackling Tails just before the laser sight of Robotnik’s drones opened fire on the fox’s face.

“RUN!” Sonic commanded, and sprinted off through the cave, nearly a dozen drones flying after them. It was the Eggman’s drones. They’d been found!

SHOOOOM!

A miniature missile rocketed over their heads and struck the arch that made the cave’s entryway. Their window outside collapsed into a hundred pounds of snow, ice, and rock. They were trapped!
