  1. For as long as I can remember, I've always had dreams that involve some kind of concept of infinity and self-identity.
  2.
  3. The dream starts like this:
  4.
  5. I am nothing in an infinite empty white space that has no end or beginning. I don't exist here yet. Nothing is present but a single white dot with no perceptible size or depth. Like a singularity in space. As I'm looking at this non-dimensional dot in space, it suddenly becomes 2 dimenional. It vibrates incredibly fast in place, and then balloons to such a huge size that it fills my entire field of vision in this infinite space. Then it shrinks back to its infinitely small size. Then back again to being massive in a blink of an eye. So fast you can't register how fast it's growing. After doing this a few more times, the dot becomes a small stick figure. The stick figure is so small and skinny and the lines are drawn so thin that you almost can't tell it's there. Then the stick figure does the same thing as the dot. It expands to such a huge size that it fills up everything in the white space until the white space just becomes black. Pure black. The stick figure does this a few more times until it becomes this humanoid person, but the vibrating has stopped. It stands still, looking at me, and as I look back at it, I sense an uneasy, almost suicidal hatred coming from this alien entity. The thing then looks at me, and begins running faster than the speed of light it seems right at me. I try to run from it, but I have no legs, no arms. I don't even exist until suddenly, right as the alien thing grabs me, I become me. I'm naked in nothingness. As it holds onto my neck, it slowly absorbs me and becomes me. I can feel this happening in my brain as I become dual concious. I can now feel myself grabbing me by the throat and also feel being grabbed by my throat. It's a sickening feeling and then suddenly something starts go go wrong in this infinite space because two of me exist in the same place at once. The alien me is now filled with such an impending sense of dread and hate that it now lunges at me and begins digging its arms into my chest to kill me. I try to fight back, but at the same time, my other concious alien self feels like it needs to completely eliminate myself in order to stay in this world. So it's this battle between these two opposing versions of myself in this infinite white space where one of us always ends up killing the other, but I always wake up right before one of myselves is supposed to die.
