Note: The goal of this category is to complete the game with the maximum % completion that you can achieve without fighting Soul Master or collecting Crystal Heart (the two things that infect Myla) and without upgrading Grimmchild, which is 94%. The percents we cannot obtain are:

Another note: Throughout the run, try to collect most of the root essence but don't waste time if you miss any, there's 32 essence of leeway (for missed essence + dreamgates). The essence count throughout the route assumes you get all of each root and doesn't keep track of dreamgates, so the numbers probably won't match up until the KE root.

•Head back up towards Sanctum
•Head into Sanctum and fight the arena [~3300] to exit out through the breakable wall by Shade Soul
•Unlock the Sanctum toll bench [3150] (but don't sit at it, unless for safety)
•Head to Storerooms and collect the whispering root (grabbing the Simple Key) {617}
•Open the Storerooms stag [2950] and bench
•Head up the elevator to Crossroads [2800] and grab the vessel fragment (2/3)

•Grab Deep Focus (22%) and the Cornifer idol (you have wings)
•Grab the Shopkeeper's Key
•Head up to Hallownest's Crown (do not autopilot to cdash lol)

•Head up and collect the pale ore
•S&Q to Crossroads

Shade Soul & Isma's Tear
•Stag to Dirtmouth and buy the Elegant Key [0]
•Stag to Storerooms and head to Sanctum
•Sit at the previously-unlocked toll bench
•Fight the Soul Warrior [200] and collect Shade Soul (23%)
•Head into Sanctum and fight the other Soul Warrior [400]
•Grab Spell Twister (24%) and S&Q to the toll bench (it's mostly your preference on when to use Spell Twister vs. Dashmaster)
•Head back down, fight the short arena, and rescue the grub outside Sanctum <7>
•Head down and sell to Lemm (Peak idol) [1200]
•Enter Waterways through the manhole
•Head left first and rescue the grub <8>
•Grab the Waterways shard (3/4) and S&Q to the toll bench
•Drop back down and head to Dung Defender (probably faster than walking back, without cdash at least)
•Fight Dung Defender (it's a bit painful without dive) and collect Defender's Crest (26%)
•Hit the lever if you want to avoid the skips to Isma's
•Exit into the broken elevator shaft and do right-side spike tunnel (with Dashmaster or a fireball stall)
•Go around and fight the arena to collect Isma's Tear (28%)
