>Show-lights shinned brightly in Isaac's face, had it not been for his helmet he would've been blinded.
>All around cameras were pointed at him, the whispers of the camera men going silent.
>"Now then Mr Clarke, tell us where are you from?" Asked Katie
"E-Earth."
>A chuckle came from some of the camera people
>"No shit Sherlock, but where on Earth?"
"(Insert hometown), though recently I've been living on the New Lunar colony, not as good as Earth, but it's something.
>More laughter came from the crowd.
>Even Katie started laughing.
>"You can drop the spaceman charade now."
"What charade? It's the truth, you guys know we made it to the moon right? As with the rest of the galaxy."
>"Now that's straight up horse crap isn't it? Last I checked we made it to the moon decades ago and that was it."
"That's-wait a minute? The original moon landing? That was centuries ago."
>The room fell silent.
>"You're joking right? You can't be serious right now."
"That was 1969, which is at least 500 years ago, what year is it?"
>"Katie I think our guest has more than a few loose screws." Commented Tom.
>"You think?"
"No I'm not, now tell me the goddamn year."
>"If you want to know so badly, 2019." Katie smoked a cigarette and casually blew a cloud of smoke away.
>Isaac went silent, underneath the helmet he was distressed.
>"Well now let's move on, tell us the body count you have, you been killed plenty of souls and a few exterminators correct?"
"Souls?"
>"As in the souls of the dammed of course."
"You mean........no.....no fucking way you all were people hell no."
>It wasn't that Isaac felt guilty about it, since he was no stranger to killing people.

>Isaac was brought back to reality after Katie's comment.
"Sorry, but the point is, something bad is gonna happen, or has happened. And I have to do something."
>Isaac got up, but just then, Katie grabbed him and slammed him into a wall.
>"WHAT PART OF NO DONT YOU GET?!"
>The cameras then caught the engineer being flung across the room.
>A now pissed off Katie soon followed.
>"THIS IS MY NEWS STUDIO, WHAT I SAY GOES, GOT IT?!"
>2 sharp appendages appeared from her body and launched towards the engineer.
>Isaac barely dodged in time, the two planting themselves into the ground, if they'd make contact they would've gone straight through Isaac's suit.

>Isaac wasted no time pull out his plasma cutter, firing at the limbs.
>A insect-like scream came from Katie as Isaac shot off one of her insect arms.
>Tom was now on fire for some reason, shouting for help.
>Chaos was now loose in the studio, fire extinguishers were being used, and some thugs were closing in on Isaac.

>Meanwhile downstairs, Vaggie was parked outside the building.
>When she tried opening the door, she found that it had been locked from the other side.
>On the side of the building however, she found an open window, and using the athletic skill she picked up during her time in hell, she maneuvered her way through the window.
>"Damn am I good?"
>Vaggie then saw the elevator and entered.
>"Well Isaac, lets hope I've made it in time."

>Back upstairs, Isaac was fighting like hell.
>After taking out the guards, he sprinted towards the door and ran.
>Behind him Katie Killjoy charged.
>"COME BACK YOU SON OF A BITCH, SO I CAN RIP YOU APART AND TUNR YOU TO SCRAP METAL!!"
>Isaac saw the elevator and almost felt relived
>Until it opened, revealing the small figure that stood inside.
>Vaggie slotted Isaac and waved
>"Isaac, over here."
>Any normal person would've listened, but not Isaac.
>You see, being betrayed not one, but 3 times can really mess with a person's sense of trust.
>Which is why Isaac tried turning around, only to see Katie straight ahead.
>"Isaac, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"
>An arm grabbed Isaac from behind.
"NO"
>Isaac yanked his arm away and fired at Katie.
>Now down to 1 leg and 3 arms, she leaped towards Isaac, who ducked and saw her collide with Vaggie.
>Isaac took the opportunity to run back to the studio.
>He hopped to find another way, even if it meant diving out a window and using his jets.

>Back at the hotel, Charlie was facepalming herself.
>She knew Katie wasn't know for being kind, but the poor guy really didn't want to be there.
>She was also intrigued, this man seemed to be from the future.
>But her intrigue was replaced by shock when she saw him run back onto the set, with a one legged Katie following behind.
>And behind her was.....
>"Vaggie?"
>She then heard her door open, and there stood Angel Dust.
>"Angel, is Vaggie down there with you?"
>"No, she just poked her head in my room, asked if I was fine and left. Don't know where she's goin on a night like tonight."
>Charlie could hardly believe what she was seeing and hearing.
>"I guess she did something you said not to huh?"
>Charlie quickly took out her cell phone and called Vaggie.

>Isaac spotted a fire exit and broke down the door to it.
>He raced down the steps, yells of anger not far behind.
>"Isaac, ISAAC"
>The grey girl called out to him, but Isaac didn't even give her as much as a look back at her.
>Now at the street, he ran as far as he could away from the building.
"This is the last time I ever do something like that."

>Now back in the studio, Vaggie sat on a chair, talking with Charlie over the phone.
>"I'm sorry hun, but I had to"
>"YOU COULD'VE BEEN KILLED VAGGIE, THE EXTERMINATORS COULD HAVE GOTTEN YOU!!!!"
>"Charlie you said it yourself, we need him to show these people we're serious. Especially now since Killjoy is pissed."
>Just then, the door to the studio opened, and in walked Lucifer.

>As hell's king was pre-occupied by interrogating Katie, Vaggie paid him not mind and went on.
>"Charlie you said it yourself, if we don't get him to the hotel, people won't take us seriously."
>"Did you get him at least?"
>"No, I tried getting him to follow me, but he didn't, I'm gonna try to find him again."
>"Vaggie-"
>"Don't worry, I'm not gonna let some psycho robots scare me off, I'll be home safe and sound, and we'll have our 2nd patient."
>"Okaaay, stay safe."
>*BEEP
>"So you're Vaggie?"
>Lucifer stood behind the moth girl.
>"Charlie's told me a lot about you, though I'd never guess we'd be meeting under circumstances such as these."
>"And why are you here?"
>"No need to be cold, we're like family now. And besides, I'm here for the same reason as you, to find this mortal."
>"And what? Torture him?"
>"Nope, I just want to ask him a couple questions, you see, Isaac is no ordinary man, there's something dark that lurks within him, a darkness that feeds off his mind and sanity like a parasite. And I have to see this darkness and know what it is."
>"How are you going to convince him to come with you?"
>"How are you getting him to you're hotel?"
>"I'll ask, and then.....I don't know."
>"Look Vag, I mean you no harm, but you should just head back to the hotel, not even I know what he's capable of yet, now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to keep searching."
>After transforming into a raven, the king of hell flew out a window.
>Vaggie waited 5 minutes, then she too took off.
>The limo sped down the streets of hell. With Vaggie in the driver's seat.
>"Asshole, you're not ruining this for us."

>Hour 2
>The bodies were only pulling higher.
>Isaac walked down the street, alone.
>He tried contacting Ellie a few times, but his attempts were I'm vain.
"Gee, I could really use your help right about now Ellie."
>Isaac spotted something blow across the road.
>It looked like a small paper square.

>Using his kinesis module, he took the object and examined it.
>His helmet opened up, and his eyes went wide in shock.
"Holy shit.........."
>There in his hands, was the very same photograph of Ellie that Isaac had thrown away back at Tau.
"How?"
>The odds of this happening, Isaac thought, were slim.
>But still welcome.
>He pocketed the photo and continued walking.
>"Poor poor Isaac.......all alone and afraid.........what a shame....."
>Static filled Isaac's ears, as Nicole's disembodied voice spoke to him.
>"How often is it, you find yourself alone, when company is needed the most?"
"You shouldn't be here, I destroyed the brethren moon, I fucking stopped you."
>An eerie laugh met Isaac's ears.
>"Oh really? Well newsflash, you stopped a brethren moon, only several left to go."
>Just then, more necromorphs appeared, flooding out from the alleyways, and swarming Isaac.
>Looking around, he found himself on Earth, a city in flames was what he saw.
>"Welcome to back to Earth, is it just how you remember it, sweetie?"
>In the sky above, the blood moons floated, devouring bodies and debris, screams and roses echoed throughout.
"What is this? Get out of my goddamn head."
>"We're showing you Earth as it is now, on the verge of collapse."
>Another wave of Necromorphs came towards Isaac, this time he ran.
>Shot after shot Isaac fired, not even denting the crowd.

>After making a quick turn down another road, Isaac was met by the corpses of the Earth gov squad on Tau.
>Norton, Santos, Buckell, they were all there (except Carver and Ellie.)
>"This was all your fault." Buckell's frozen and first bitten corpse said
>"You left us to die, you didn't save us." Santos screeched
>"You did this to us, you killed us Isaac, you fucking killed us." Norton said.
>They charged, Isaac dodged Santos, but was taken down by Buckell and Norton.
>"You're gonna burn for what you did to us Isaac." Norton said, holding a needle in his bloody hand, lowering it to Isaac's eye.
>Isaac kneed his gut and head butted Buckell.
>After that, he elbowed Santos in the face. She fell back into a shape piece of debris and screamed.
>Norton charged again, but Isaac was ready, and wrestled the needle out his hand, and stabbed him through the skull.

>Last was Buckell, and thanks to his body weight, he proved to be easy, Isaac knocked him to the ground and stomped his skull.
>Afterwards he continued running, whispers ran through his mind, screams turned to roars, all of which joined together in a quickly approaching crowd of necromorphs behind Isaac.
>Isaac ran into an alleyway, and there, he was met with a grisly sight.
>There slumped against a brick wall, was the body of Sgt Carver, a rocky spike impales through his chest.
>Isaac gasped.
"No. Carver no."
>To his horror, the body rose up.
>Carver's mask covered half of his bruised and bloody face.
>"I let my family die Isaac, I couldn't save them, just like you let our friends die."
>He pulled out his javelin gun, blood dropped down the loaded javelin.
>"We're both murderers Isaac, and this is our fate."
>He aimed for Isaac's head
>"Die with me Isaac, and repent."
>Isaac ducked in time, the spear grazing his back.
>Carver then ran in and sucker punched Isaac's face.
>The punch was strong, Isaac felt it even with the helmet on.
>But the engineer fought back, he returned another punch to Carver and tackled him to the ground.
>Carver's hands grabbed his throat and began to choke him.
>Isaac tried prying away the hands, but they were too strong.
>He then spotted Carver's weapon lying next to him.
>Quickly, Isaac grabbed it and slammed it against the exposed part of Carver's skull.
>He let out a moan and released Isaac.
>With both now standing, Isaac fires shot into his chest, the his arm, other arm, and one of his legs.
>Carver yelled as he was pinned against the brick wall.
>"T-This isn't.......over..............:y-y-you.......you'll.......perish too........."
>Isaac fired one last shot into Carver's brain, and he died (again?).
>Then, everything went back to normal.
>Isaac was now back in hell, in an alleyway.

>However, one thing remained the same, in front of Isaac, was the slumped over body of Carver.
>His R.I.G confirmed it was real, showing Carver's R.I.G in front of him.
>Isaac fell to his knees, placed both hands across his exposed face.
>A few tears ran down his cheeks. His friend was really dead, after all the two of them had been through, one of them was now gone.
>"..............Is................ac"
>Isaac's com turned on, a female voice was speaking.
"Ellie?"
>"For fuck sakes I've been trying to reach you forever."
"Ellie............I found Carver......he's dead."
>"Isaac, Isaac you're kidding. Don't tell me you're telling the truth."
"His body is right here, he must have died when we stopped the moon, I recognize the spike in his chest, it's one of its "teeth".
>Ellie was silent
>"Bastards.........."
"Ellie?"
>"Don't worry.........I'm fine........not actually.......things aren't looking good here Isaac."
"How so?"
>"We didn't stop the markers, Danik was able to wake the other moons up. Their here now, over 75% of the population are necromorphs."
>Isaac's jaw dropped
"Jesus Christ."
>"Its only getting worse, I'm leading a group of survivors to the ship docks, hopefully we can evacuate them there to another colony before it's too late."
>Isaac couldn't find his words for a moment.
"Ellie, get them out now, I'm coming as soon as possible."
>"What?" Isaac how, you're-"
"I'm not letting you and everyone die, far too many have died already, and I'll be dammed if I let those fucks kill anyone else."
>Isaac was breathing heavily, his heart pounded, and his body heated up.
"I'm gonna try and find a way back, and so promise you Ellie, we're gonna stop these things once and for all."
>"If you say so..........I'm losing connection Isaac........stay safe...."
"You too, I'll see you later."
>The coms went silent. Before leaving, Isaac looked at Carver one last time.
"Goodbye Carver, thanks for everything. Say hi to your family for me, and Nicole if you see her."

>As Was back on the street, down one end lay 3 bloody demons, who he theorized were his dead comrades from the hallucination, one of them even had a needle in their skull.
>Just then, Isaac heard a car park behind him, accompanied by quick footsteps.
>"STOP"
>Isaac turned around, and saw the same moth demon from before.
>He got a better look at her this time, she had a thin body, long hair that covered her back like a cape, and an eyepatch with an "X" on it.
"What the fuck do you want?"
>"Look, just, please chill and-"
"Get to the point, I don't have time for this."
>"I'm Vaggie, I'm the manager of this hotel, the Happy Hotel, and.....I need you to come with me."
>Isaac responded with the most stern look someone could ever give.
"No"
>"But-"
>Isaac has already begun walking away.
>"Hey stop, look we need you alright, my friend, she wants to rehabilitate sinners so that they don't get slaughtered."
"And how's that my problem?"
>"My friend, she's the princess of hell, and she hates seeing her people die."
>Vaggie got in front of Isaac, blocking his path.
"Move."
>"If you come with us, and, let us rehabilitate you, then people won't laugh at us."
>"So, what do you say?"

"Are you fucking with me? I don't need to be rehabilitated, I NEED to get back to my home."
>"Why?"
"Because as we speak, thousands of innocent people are being killed by monsters, my girlfriend is trying to evacuate the survivors off the planet so they can be saved, I have to be there to help, and you're here blabbering about some stupid hotel."
>Vaggie's face turned to shock.
>Isaac moves past her, but she grabbed his arm again.
"Hey, what the fuck-"
>"No, your delusional, and need help."
"I'm fine, now let go before you become a pile of flesh like the others"
>"My friend has a dream and you can help make it come true."
"Well FUCK your friends dream, I couldn't give a rats ass about this shithole anyhow. These fucks deserve to die, they're all rapists and murderers and pedophiles, they don't deserve sympathy. Now if you're done being a bitch, I have to go, I'm not letting my girlfriend be butchered because of you and some bullshit rehab center."
>Isaac once again yanked his arm off of Vaggie's grip, and stomped down the road.
>Suddenly, he felt something hit the back of his head with great force.
>Usaac's quickly pocketed his weapon in the R.I.G storage system before falling to the ground, his vision going dark.

>A few minutes later in the limo, Vaggie began driving back to the hotel.
>In the back, was Isaac's unconscious and his wrists tied.
>She wasn't planning on using force, but Lucifer brought up an important point to her.
>Unless force was involved, she wasn't going to convince Isaac to come with her, because of his untrusting attitude.
>She called Charlie as she drove and gave her the good news.
>"You actually did it? You mean you got him to come with you?"
>"Yeah, he's in the car with me now."
>"Can I speak to him?"
>"No, he's asleep, he's had a pretty rough day."

>"Oh, I see, the extermination's can have quite a tool on demons, I'd hate to imagine how humans would take it."
>"Well he's safe with me now."
>"Good, I'll have his room ready, it'll be next to Angel's"
>"Do you really think that's a good idea."
>"It'll be fine, Angel would love him."
>"And to blow him to" muttered Vaggie as she hung up.

>Watching the limo from a nearby rooftop was Lucifer in his raven form.
>"Well well, I guess I'll be waiting for you at the hotel Isaac"
>The raven took flight, passing the car and heading towards the Happy Hotel.
