  17. *It's in the middle of the evening, and you've finally arrived in the country of Waldia, inside one of the towns on the very border of the fiendish country; Devilsknife, a dismal village that mainly consists of lesser fiends, and about thirty buildings. Most were homes, though there was a tavern, a merchant's guild, a prison, an abandoned carnival of sorts, and a large mansion on top of a hill. Most people were indoors, though there were a few folks standing about outside; one who appeared to be some kind of hellhound-man with white flames dancing off of his flesh, another seeming to be some sort of knight in black-and-red platemail, a purple-and-white clothed jester holding an oddly shaped sickle, and a skeleton in a fine black suit.*
