Since you were literally banned the last team tour you were in, I'm going to go ahead and say no, you will not participate in this team tour. Your attitude has been horrible for nigh on half a decade of PO tours, and I don't see how completely letting you off of a punishment with literally no penalty after like 5 years is fair or wise. This is far from the first time you've claimed to have changed, and it's not the first time that a captain said they could keep you under control.
