I am under the impression he's been told more than once he should not start tours without permission. He also regularly makes posts that others feel are unnecessary. We appreciate his unique personality and passion for developing different formats, but he fails to quite meet the standards we expect.

He is not part of RoA room auth and was just given an opportunity to host. There are a very limited number of spots and we'd like to give previous tour night hosts and other talented individuals an opportunity to host instead.

I agree with what Lutra said. We had given Beelzemon enough chances in the past. Sceptross and I are friends with Beelzemon, if you ask him I am sure he will confirm that. I have spoken with him and explained what lead to our decision. I don't think it is neccessary to go into the details here.

Ok, first of all, let me congratulate you CzarPokemon. This post was very polite and respectful. I also respect a lot that you were able to set your pride aside and come talk to us, not many people are able to do that. Keep up this attitude! :)

Like FOMG said, me and him are friends of Beelzemon. We talk regularly. We even discussed this situation already with him and we are all still friends.

Both me and other staff members have already had several conversations about rules that Beelzemon was breaking when hosting tournaments on RoA (keep in mind he was never a staff member too). We gave him at least 5 (probably more) chances to improve. Unfortunately, since he didn't improve we were forced to do it (and I stress this, because stripping a friend of powers is very hard - one of the hardest things that I ever had to do as a Room Owner of RoA).
