CG: SURE. *He takes a deep breath before sitting beside him* WAS IT JUST THEM THAT YOU SAW? MEENAH AND KURLOZ ACTING STRANGE?

CG: *Giving him a gentle pat on the back, Karkat rolled his eyes behind Kankri's back.* I GET YOU'RE TRYING TO BE NICE BY NOT TALKING ABOUT IT BUT IF YOU'RE HALLUCINATING THEN YOU SHOULD TRY AND FIND OUT WHAT'S CAUSING THEM. YOU AREN'T GOING TO BE ABLE TO HELP YOURSELF IF YOU'RE TOO SCARED TO DWELL DEEPER INTO THE QUESTION "WHY".
KANKRI: -His body jerks away from Karkat's touch, and he lets out a quiet, yet strangled sound. Aside from that, he stays quiet, with his blank eyes twitching back and fourth while focused on the ground, indicating that he's thinking.-
CG: *Never in any encounter with his dancestor had been able to fit so many words into one of their "conversations". It really was frightening seeing him so speechless.*

I gave s9me th9ught t9 that as well, and the 9nly thing that c9mes t9 mind was a particularly 6ad argument with P9rrim a69ut s9mething min9r in significance. 9ther than that, I had 6eeing g9ing a69ut speaking at length t9 individuals wh9 were ign9ring me and 6l9wing me 9ff as per usual.

KANKRI: Y9u see, I had ign9red the argument, thinking it was just 9ne 9f the things that c9me a69ut fr9m having a relati9nship like that with s9me9ne like her as the n9rm. My c9nversati9ns with my peers were n9 different - simply the 9nes that c9vered triggers and 9ffenses that we can all av9id, which they ign9red - and my general existence was n9rmal. And 6y that, I mean it was s9mething I was used t9. The images and sights 9f every9ne g9ing mad had 9nly started ar9und half a sweep ag9, and have pr9gressively g9tten w9rse. I had ap9l9gized t9 P9rrim and tried talking t9 her a69ut them, and that's where she dismissed everything as a figment 9f my imaginati9n.
