Montag: Hostile unidentified creatures have emerged from the Gate in [Arbrau]’s territory. It is unclear whether they are creatures or machines... But they have already engaged [Gjallarhorn] forces.

「生物とも機械ともとれる…もしや…」
Bright: You can’t tell if they’re creatures or machines...? That sounds like...

「こちらで入手した映像を送ります」
Montag: I’m sending you a recording that I have acquired.

「こいつは!」
Benkei: Those are...!

「間違いない、インベーダーだ!」
Kei: [Invaders], no doubt about it!

「インベーダー…侵略者ですか」
Montag: Invaders... They invade, I presume?

「ええ、私達の世界に現れた正体不明の敵です」
Bright: Yes, they’re unidentified enemies that appeared in our world.

「そう言えば、シマたちの世界にも
インベーダーが出現していたな」
Benkei: Now that I think about it, Invaders were appearing in Shima’s world too.

シマ
「彼らには[ゲッター線]を求める性質があるのでしょう?」
Shima: As I understand, they have a tendency to pursue [Getter Rays], do they not?

シマ
「ならば、我々の世界にもゲッター線が存在し、
それを求めていると考えるのが自然では?」
Shima: If so, then wouldn’t it be natural to assume that there are Getter Rays in my world?

弁慶
「確かに、ゲッター線はどの世界にも存在してるが、
今のところは俺達の世界が一番強い。
だから、余所に出張る必要があるのかどうか…」
Benkei: Sure, Getter Ray’s exist in every world. But our world currently has the strongest. So I don’t see why they’d need to go into other worlds for them...

「縄張りを広げるつもりなんじゃねえのか?
生き物なら、そういうのがあるだろ」
Orga: Think they’re trying to expand their territory? If they’re supposed to be like animals, that’s the sort of thing I’d expect.

「インベーダーの性質についてはともかく、

繋がっている可能性は高い」
Bright: We can set aside the Invader’s behavior for the moment. As of now, we can be fairly certain that the Gate in Arbrau territory is connected to our world.

「すぐに向かいますか?」
Shima: Do you want to head there immediately?

イサリビの準備が整ってからだ」
Bright: No, we’ll go with the Isaribi once their preparations are made.

「それに…今、私達が[モジュール77]から
離れるのは良くないと思います」
Misato: And besides... I don’t think it’s a good idea to leave [Module 77] right now.

Bright: Right...

「ダチが死んじまって、落ち込んでる奴らも多い。
俺らが気にすることじゃねえのかも知れねえが…」
Orga: Those guys got it pretty rough after losing their friend. It might not be any of our business, but even so...

Atra: I hope Kudelia’s alright. She’s been going around encouraging everyone else at the school, but...

Atra: Still, I just can’t help but think she’s pushing herself...

途端に手の動きが制限されるからね」
Banjo: Not to worry. There isn’t much people can use their hands for when their thumbs are restrained.

L-elf: (...Situation analysis. Three non-student guards possessing extremely high combat ability. Releasing the restraints and utilizing strong-arm tactics is impossible.)

「おい! 無視すんな!
さっきのドルシアの攻撃で、
仲間が犠牲になったんだぞ!」
Raizo: Hey! Don’t ignore me! Our friend died because you let Dorssia attack us!

エルエルフ
(時刻は15時32分。
ドルシア軍の攻撃再開までの時間は…)
L-elf: (The time is 15:32. The time until Dorssia resumes its attack is...)

Raizo: Son of a bitch...! Say something!!

Raizo: It’s Thunder!! And we don’t need to show no mercy to a Dorssian spy!!

ドルシアと裏で通じているからだと判断したか」
L-elf: You assume my predictions are accurate because I am communicating with Dorssia behind the scenes.

爆弾が仕掛けられた位置なんか
わからないでしょ」
Saki: How else would you have known where the bombs were planted?

エルエルフ
「短絡的だな。
そんなものは相手の目的と行動パターンを読み、
爆破対象物の構造を知れば予測可能だ」
L-elf: By thinking rationally. That prediction was possible by considering the enemy’s objective and reading their movements, while also having knowledge of the structure they intended to destroy.

「なら、あの時、
侵入者が使った脱出用トラップのことも
わかっていたんじゃないのか?」
Guy: Then before, wouldn’t you have known about the traps the intruders used to escape?

エルエルフ
「俺がわざとあれを看過したと言いたいのか?
いざという時に使おうと考えていただけだ」
L-elf: You suspect I overlooked it on purpose? I simply knew that they would only be used if they were at risk and thus were not vital.

「エルエルフが気付いたって
聞いたんですけど…」
Haruto: If you had just told us about them when you noticed—

「1時間…」
L-elf: One hour...

ハルト
「えっ?」
Haruto: Huh?

「何言ってんのよ、いきなり」
Saki: Why did you just say that?

エルエルフ
「お前達の国が滅びるまでの時間だ」
L-elf: That’s how long it will take for this nation to crumble.

「んだとお!?」
Raizo: The hell!?

「また…敵が来るって言うのか?」
Haruto: You’re saying...the enemy will come back?

「アードライがどこへ侵入したか忘れたのか?
あれを見たら、連中は間を置かずに仕掛けて来る。
次はあの程度の被害では済まんぞ」
L-elf: Did you forget where A-drei broke into? After seeing that, they won’t just sit on their hands. Next time will be much worse.

「アイナのことを、あの程度の被害だと!?」
Kyuma: You think it can be worse than what happened to Aina!?

「まだまだ人は死ぬ」
L-elf: More people will die.

Haruto: Tch...!

The Taste of Coffee


(Scene begins on the map screen of space outside Module 77. The battleships, the player’s team, Haruto, and Saki are deployed. Enemy Dorssian mechs are on the map. H-neun and Q-vier are off to the side of the map.)

シンジ
「こんなに早く攻めてくるなんて…」
Shinji: I can’t believe they attacked so soon...

健一
「こっちを疲弊させるつもりなんだろうな」
Kenichi: I guess they must be trying to wear us out.

豹馬
「俺は、オケアノスがモジュール77へ着くまで
そこそこ休めてたから、平気だけどよ」
Hyoma: Let ‘em try. I’ve been on break until the Oceanus reached Module 77, so I’m not gonna slow down one bit.

伊奈帆
「今回も二段構えの作戦かも知れない。
みんな、油断しないで」
Inaho: This could be another two step operation. Everyone stay vigilant.

ハルト
(エルエルフの予測通りの結果になんて
させるものか…!)
Haruto: (I won’t let this end how L-elf predicted...!)

クーフィア
「ははっ、並行世界から来た機体が増えてる~!」
Q-vier: Haha, there’s even more machines from parallel worlds!

ハーノイン
「準備万端って感じだな、あいつら」
H-neun: Looks like they’re ready to go.

(A-drei is communicating from somewhere else.)

アードライ
「当然だ。相手にはエルエルフがついているんだからな。
だが、我々はその上を行く。攻撃を開始しろ」
A-drei: Of course. They have L-elf on their side. But we will surpass him this time. Commence the attack.

ハーノイン
「了解!」
H-neun: Roger!

(Battle 1 begins.)

(Battle 1 ends when all enemies are defeated.)

「敵の第一波は阻止できた…!」
Haruto: We stopped the first enemy wave...!

トーレス
「敵の第二波が来ます!」
Torres: Second enemy wave, incoming!

(More Dorssian mechs appear.)

トーレス
「こちらの防衛ライン突破を狙っている模様!」
Torres: They’re attempting to break through our defensive line!

ブライト
「各機は防衛ラインを維持しろ!」
Bright: All units, stay on the defensive!

豹馬
「あんな奴ら、何度来ようと同じだぜ!」
Hyoma: They can come as many times as they like, it’ll still end the same!

アードライ
「やはり、そう簡単に釣られてはくれんか。
ならば…!」
A-drei: As expected, they aren’t easily lured in. So then...!

サトミ
「ん?
誰がデブリ破砕用の防空機銃を
動かしてるんだ?」
Satomi: Hm? Those are the defense installations meant for debris clearing. Why are they moving?

タカヒ
「えっ!? ちょっと!
何で!? 私、何もやってないわよ!?」
Takahi: Huh!? Hang on! I didn’t tell anyone to use those!

(Module 77 fires on Haruto.)

ハルト
「えっ!? うわっ!?」
Haruto: Huh!? Uwaagh!

ミサト
「今の攻撃は…!?」
Misato: Where did that attack come from...!?

トーレス
「モジュール77からです!」
Torres: From Module 77!

サトミ
「ぼ、防空機銃が勝手に動いてるんです!
止められません!」
Satomi: Our defense installations are moving on their own! We can’t stop them!

ミサト
「何ですって!?」
Misato: What’d you say!?

(Module 77 fires on the battleships.)

オルガ
「ちっ!
冗談じゃねえぜ!」
Orga: Tch! You’ve gotta be kidding!

シマ
「対空機銃が敵にハッキングされたようだな…!」
Shima: It appears the enemy have hacked their anti-air guns...!

アードライ
「今だ! 突入しろ!」
A-drei: Now! Break through!

ハーノイン
「ああ! 行くぜ、クーフィア!」
H-neun: Right! Let’s go, Q-vier!

クーフィア
「あいつら、慌ててる慌ててる~!」
Q-vier: They’re really freaking out now~!

(H-neun and Q-vier move closer to Module 77.)

ハルト
「させないっ!」
Haruto: Not on my watch!

サキ
「私が守るんだから!」
Saki: I’ll keep them safe!

(Haruto and Saki move to stop them.)

伊奈帆
「待って、これは罠だ…!」
Inaho: Wait, it’s a trap...!

(X-eins appears.)

イクスアイン
「今だ!」
X-eins: Now!

(X-eins rushes the battleships.)

ミサト
「突破された!?」
Misato: He broke through!?

イクスアイン
「後は頼んだぞ、アードライ!」
X-eins: The rest is up to you, A-drei!

「さっきの敵機は、どこへ行ったんだ!?」
Satomi: Where’s that enemy machine going!?

タカヒ
「モジュール77の下に取り付いたわ!」
Takahi: Its attached to the bottom of Module 77!

サトミ
「じゃあ、中には入って来ていないのか…!」
Satomi: Then it’s not coming inside...!?

(A-drei sends a communication across the Module.)

アードライ
「ジオール国民の諸君。
武器を捨て、降伏したまえ」
A-drei: People of JIOR. Lay down your arms and surrender.

ショーコ
「!」
Shoko: !

サトミ
「な、何だ!?」
Satomi: Wh-What the—!?

タカヒ
「いえ、モジュール77の中にあった
ジオール軍の戦艦からよ!」
Takahi: Wha—!? It’s coming from a JIOR Army warship inside Module 77!

サトミ
「海の上に浮かんでいた、あの艦か…!
あれも乗っ取られたのか…!?」
Satomi: You mean the ship that was floating on the water...!? They already commandeered it...!?

アードライ
「3分以内に降伏しない場合は、
咲森学園に向けて毒ガス入りの弾頭を打ち込む。
なお、我が方を攻撃した場合も同じことを行う」
A-drei: If you do not surrender within the next 3 minutes, a warhead filled with poison gas will be launched into Sakimori Academy. In addition, the same thing will happen if our forces are attacked on the outside.

サトミ
「な、な、何だって!?」
Satomi: Wh-Wh-What did he just say!?

リオン
「そ、そんな…!」
Rion: N-No way...!

サトミ
「ど、毒ガスだなんて!
どうすればいいんだ!?」
Satomi: P-Poison gas!? What are we supposed to do!?

タカヒ
「何か手を考えなさいよ!」
Takahi: Think of something!

サトミ
「そ、そうだ! エルエルフを人質にして、
ドルシア軍と交渉しよう!」
Satomi: I-I know! We can use L-elf as a hostage and negotiate with Dorssia!

ショーコ
「それで上手く行くとは思えません!」
Shoko: I doubt that’ll work!

サトミ
「じゃあ、どうしろと!?」
Satomi: Then what do we do!?

ショーコ
「エルエルフに対策を聞くんです!
彼なら、このピンチから逃れられる方法を
思い付くかも知れません!」
Shoko: We ask L-elf! He might just know some way to get us out of this mess!


(Scene changes back to the map screen outside Module 77. Inaho and Heero are now deployed.)


弁慶
「毒ガスとは、卑怯な手を使いやがって…!」
Benkei: Poison gas is as cowardly as it gets...!

ハーノイン
「そっちが動いても、毒ガスをばらまくぜ」
H-neun: You try anything and that gas gets released.

伊奈帆
「前回、モジュール77の中へ侵入した時に
下準備をしていたのか…」
Inaho: So the last time they infiltrated Module 77 was in preparation for this...

ヒイロ
「だが、今回は機動兵器で突入したな」
Heero: But this time, they used their mobile weapons to break through.

伊奈帆
「多分、向こうはエルエルフが
人間の潜入に対する策を立ててると思ったんだろう。
だから、今回は強行突破した」
Inaho: It could be they assumed L-elf would prepare countermeasures against infiltration by operatives. So now they’ve resorted to brute force.

ヒイロ
「そうか。
お前なら、この状況をどう打破する?」
Heero: I see. And what would you do to resolve this crisis?

伊奈帆
「敵はエルエルフを警戒しているようだから、
彼を使って向こうと交渉を試みる」
Inaho: Since the enemy appears to be cautious of L-elf, we could use him to negotiate with them.

伊奈帆
「彼は相手を混乱させるような発言を
するだろうから、時間が…」
Inaho: He could likely say something to confuse them, but considering our limited time...

「どうした?」
Heero: What should we do?

伊奈帆
「エルエルフに対策を聞くのが
一番効率的かなと思った」
