1.(49.29) Castle of Raphael Cordonnier, Wizard and lord of the Kolse River. Wears blue robes with tall collars. His hair is wavy and dark brown, and he has a goatee with a fancy mustache. While skilled in magic he does much with sleight of hand.  He has two basilisks in his dungeons.
1.5.(54.34) Shipwreck Town- A small town at the mouth of the Kolse River and the Kolse Delta. Home to a number of pirates and scavengers, as well as friendly and helpful locals who wish to help those who've ended up on the island.
